Great quality for the price!
Pros:

First of all the staff is very friendly and polite. Especially the girl at the desk, she also helped us with the luggage and spoke perfect English.
They accept card payment.
They provide mineral water.
The room was very clean, spacious and well decorated.
Bed were comfortable.
Shower was great.
There are a couple of good restaurants who also serve plaf near the hotel.
The location for me was perfect because it was not noisy, 3min walk from many shops and walking distance from tourist attractions.
Breakfast was great! So many options until 10am and food was slightly different every day.
Internet was great.

Cons:

Nothing major, I don't think they have a lift though. In our case the room was on the first floor, so we didn't ask for it.

Ничего не понравилось, антисанитария!

Cons:

Персонал очень грубый, и разговаривает на отвали!
А завтрак это отдельная история, в 9 часов соков и компотов практически не остаётся! Просишь персонал принести, получаешь ворчание и грубость!

Cons:

The furniture and facilities in the hotel seemed quite old. For example, I wanted to watch TV, but it looked broken and did not work. The shower was also broken, and the condition of the power socket was poor, so I was afraid to charge my phone there. In addition, the bed sheets looked old and not very clean.

Все понравилось, спасибо большое, жили в номере с балконом вид на чудесный дворик
Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал, номер чистый, удобные кровати, были дополнительные подушки в шкафу, расположение хорошее, удобно добираться на любую локацию, рядом Беш козон-Центр плова, базар в 15 мин хотьбы, в общем все понравилось, отличный отель.

В целом хороший дизайн отеля, понравилась зона с большим количеством растений.

Приятный персонал

Cons:

Присутствуют сломанные детали в номере. Начиная от ручки в ванну, заканчивая дверными проемами. Полотенца и простынь в пятнах. Причем на полотенцах пятна красные.

Cons:

Отсутствие чайного набора. Кран бежит. Грязные полотенца, постельное бельё. Завтрак не вкусный. Отсутствует полочка в душевой кабине. Большая кровать, но матрасы раздельные, посередине провал. Персонал не найти, вечером хотели узнать, где проходит завтрак, утром так же никого не нашли. Благо заселились только на сутки.
