Resepsiyon görevlisi iyi, güleryüzlü, yardımsever. Fakat banyo ve tuvalet oda içinde değildi. Dışardaydı ve temiz değildi. Tuvalet ve banyonun dışarda olması online tantımda belirtilmemişti.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed half a night, as we were catching a flight in the middle of the night. They offered us a lunch box to take on the flight with us, which was very kind.
My biggest issue was that in the hotels.com ad, it said that there were private bathrooms for the rooms but when we arrived we found out that this was not true- we had to share a bathroom with a few other rooms. The shared shower room was not working, and I had a freezing cold shower. Later, they fixed the water adjustment with pliers, but it was too late for me. This was disappointing.

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung entsprachen nicht der gebuchten Beschreibung. Trotz der ausgewählten Optionen musste ich das Gemeinschaftsbad und die Gemeinschaftsverpflegung nutzen. Das Bettzeug war so umständlich verstaut, dass es nicht sichtbar war. Aus diesem Grund habe ich ohne Bettdecke geschlafen und keinerlei Komfort empfunden.

Das Zimmer entsprach einem sehr altmodischen Standard. Es gab keine digitalen Karten, sondern lediglich Schlüssel. Auch das Hotel selbst war stark heruntergekommen und nur schwer zu finden, da auf der Website eine falsche Adresse angegeben war. Als ich mit dem Taxi an der angegebenen Adresse ankam und ausgestiegen bin, war vom Hotel nichts zu sehen. Ich musste etwa 40 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, bis ich es endlich gefunden habe.

Das Gebäude sah jedoch nicht wie ein Hotel aus, sondern wie ein gewöhnliches Wohnhaus. Es gab weder ein Straßenschild noch ein Hotelschild. Ich musste extra klingeln und nachfragen, ob es sich um das gesuchte Hotel handelte.

Beim Auschecken habe ich ein Taxi bestellt, doch es kam keines, da die genaue Adresse nicht korrekt angegeben war. Ich empfinde das als eine große Täuschung, da die Adresse auf der Website irreführend ist. Statt sich in der Nähe der Stadt zu befinden, liegt das Hotel weit außerhalb und ist extrem schwer zu finden.
