Отель не понравился честно ..слабенький,видимо ожидала большего...к сожалению и завтрак разочаровал...были до этого в других отелях на пару тысяч тенге дороже,так там совсем другой уровень...

Cons:

Второй раз не приеду,проблема не в персонале,проблема в самом отеле,он какой то не уютный... не знаю вроде и чисто,но в то же время грязный ковралан портит всё...завтрак слабый...

Pros:

Все было супер, особенно дружелюбный персонал , ребята во всех вопросах помогали, это очень ценно. Расположение от аэропорта буквально 10 минут на машине, заказывала трансфер от отеля, все было супер.

Необходимо обновить ремонт в номерах

Отель расположен в удобном месте. Персонал вежливый и приятный.

Cons:

Ремонт в номере в котором я жил не делался давно. Не очень чистый.( об остальных номерах не могу ничего сказать) в коридорах ремонт лучше. В чайнике на дне обнаружил плесень, видно что им давно не пользовались и горничная соответственно не проверяла его на чистоту. Полотенце ветхое, во время пользования оно просто треснуло. Завтраки скудные, все холодное. Бронировал на пять ночей, но решил поменять отель. Прожил две ночи.

Локация очень хорошая. Персонал отличный.

Cons:

Стоит поменять всё на более современное и сделать небольшой косметическийремонт. В моём случае телевизор не работал и без smart tv, холодильника нет, замки не электронные. Проблемы были с wifi

Several areas of staining were observed on the curtain, indicating that it has not been cleaned for an extended period.

I requested housekeeping services; however, the staff did not vacuum the carpet, which remains unchanged and unclean. On a positive note, they did come daily to replace the trash bags, make minor adjustments to the bed, and occasionally replenish the water bottles.

Found few spot of stain on the curtain seem like it was not wash for a long time.

Request for house keeping but the staff didn't vacuum the carpet, it did not look any difference nor clean. Positive note, they came daily to change the trash bag and touch up the bed only and some of the day top the water bottle.

The guy did not reply my msg when asking a few enquiries regarding the transportation or other stuffs.. He only communicate abt during my 1st check in and check out.

It is important to share the information when a tourist is asking because not all people speak English out there. I wanted to used the metro. But am happy that I asked a lady who assisted me and paid for metro fare. she accompanied all the way to the minor station. Since I can buy the local card.

1: 工作人员英语很好，都很nice。
2: 位置，门前有公车站，三四站到地铁，可以去景点。离机场打车很近很便宜。
3: 房间干净整洁，也很大。
4: 早餐超级好！丰富！咖啡机的咖啡也好喝。
5: 性价比很高。
