Pros:

Останавливался в Holiday Inn Ташкент и остался под большим впечатлением. Начну с того, что редко встречаешь отели, где продумана каждая мелочь, но здесь именно так.

Что особенно понравилось:

1. Атмосфера и запах. Это звучит необычно, но на этажах действительно был классный, дорогой и ненавязчивый аромат. Заходишь в номер после долгого перелета и сразу чувствуешь себя в безопасности и уюте. Это не приторная химия, а очень статусный парфюм в зонах общего пользования.
2. Персонал. Ребята на ресепшене и в службе приема не просто вежливые, а искренне приветливые. Улыбаются, спрашивают о делах, решают вопросы за минуту. Чувствуется настоящая забота.
3. Чистота. В номере безупречно. Белье свежайшее, сантехника блестит. Даже в самых дальних углах комнаты нет пыли — горничные работают на совесть.

Прекрасный отель, отличный персонал, хорошее расположение, очень вкусные завтраки, сервис супер, все продумано, нас окружили заботой буквально с первых минут пребывания! И вернемся обязательно и будем рекомендовать! Нам его тоже порекомендовали как очень хороший вариант, и действительно, выше всяких похвал

Cons:

Да самая мелочь на самом деле, хотелось бы один из вариантов подушек чтобы была более плоская. Обе чуть высоковаты были для нас

One of the worst hotels

Cons:

One of the worst stays, definitely not Holiday Inn quality. There is a terrible Smell in the corridor. Wi-Fi not working properly. breakfast was so weak. There is no vanity kit, even though I asked them every day they didn’t send. The staff is definitely not helpful. They just say OK and do nothing. You pay a lot and not get any service.

Мы прилетели 15 мая,заселились в номер 249.16 мая,когда мы вечером пришли в номер уборки сделано не было, воды не было, полотенца не поменяли. В коридоре мы увидели клининг, который нам сказал,что данного номера у них в листе уборки нет и ,что номер не заселен по их данным.в ночь с субботы на воскресенье, в час ночи,когда мы спали ,наш номер открыли девушки с чемоданами для заселения в наш номер. Увидев нас они конечно вышли. Мы до утра почти не могли уснуть. В 9 утра нас начали будить для уборки номера, хотя мы говорили,что выезжаем в воскресенье. Спустившись и попив кофе утром,мы не могли попасть в номер,т.к. наши карты уже не работали. Это что за уровень сервиса?????учитывая,что я не первый раз приезжаю в командировку. Более того уборка номера оставляет желать лучшего, т.к. под кроватями куча мусора, каких-то конфет... Печально
