تم تخصيص غرفة مهيأة لذوي الإعاقة لي وهذه الغرفه هي المتوفره حاليا وأخبرني موظف الاستقبال أنني محظوظ لأن الغرفة تتمتع بإطلالة جميلة. لكن عند دخولي فوجئت بأن إطلالتها كانت على الجهة الداخلية للمبنى، وليست على الحديقة أو منطقة المطاعم كما توقعت ، كنت أفضل لو تم توضيح ذلك مسبقًا أو توفير غرفة بإطلالة أفضل إذا كانت متاح .

Lovely hotel at the perfect location with great staff
Pros:

It truly felt like a 5 star hotel. Very friendly and supportive staff, spacious and cozy rooms and very good selection of breakfast food. What made the hotel even better is the kids play room (corner) in the restaurant.

Cons:

If it could have a pool outside of SPA area so that it could be used for kids and families.
