Very good reliable facilities
Pros:

Central to the city park and short walk from nearest metro.
This is a brand that have been looking after guests for years and it shows. Excellent staff.
We had a tasty pizza in the restaurant for lunch on our arrival.

Cons:

Decaf coffee is always a bit of a faff in Uzbekistan and hot chocolate is not available at breakfast.

1) Kahvaltı vasattı, bundan kastım dolu dolu bir kahvaltıdan ziyade kullanılan ürünlerin kalitesiz olması, servis malzemelerinin hiç olmaması istenildiğinde mutfaktan getirmeleri gibi...Petek bal koymuşlar alayım dedim koyacak bir kap bulamadım istedim mutfaktan alıp getirdiler ama bal şekerlenmiş pütür pütürdü maalesef yenecek gibi değildi. Omlet-Peynir-Yoğurt olmasa açsınız...
2) 2 kişi seyahat ettik konaklamada 2 odamız vardı benim odamın sıcaklığı 25 derece diğer yöneticimin kaldığı oda 19-20 derece olduğu için resepsiyondan yardım istedik, yönlendirilen teknik servis ısıtma sisteminin çalışmadığını ısınamayacağını söyledi benim odama götürdüm bak burada çalışıyor diye gösterdim, adam bana sana öyle geliyor burası 25 derece değil dedi ben odada t-shirtle dolaşıyorum yöneticim odasında kazakla oturuyordu, ya var mı böyle bir şey adam çözmek yerine beceriksizliklerini saçma sapan bahanelerle örtmeye çalışıyor. Zorla ikna ettikte ısıtıcı verdiler daha sonra. :)

Great stay in Tashkent. Loved the metro, even though it was super busy and at times a bit of a squash.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Location good, near the metro and plenty of restaurants. Staff very helpful. Both times we requested transfers, they were organised efficiently.
