Pros:

Расположение превосходное, все основные достопримечательности, рестораны, парк в пешей доступности. Номер чистый, уборка отличная, других гостей по утрам не слышали. Завтрак 4+ однообразный, но все вкусно. Приветливые парни на ресепшен. Даты посещения совпали с моими Днем рождения, Holiday Inn в честь даты приготовил маленький сюрприз: открыточку с пожеланиями и кусочек торта. Малость, но приятно, спасибо.

Cons:

Не понравился душ, давно не останавливалась в отелях, где маленькая душевая лейка в ванной. Не удобно. По утрам на завтраках кофе из кофемашины был постоянно холодным, на замечания персонал не реагировал.

I like very much the location, the room too. The staff was friendly but sometimes they behaved like frauds . This is a pity, because the hotel was very good. When we returned again in Tashkent, we turned back again in this hotel! For me, the big worth in all Tashkent.

Cons:

The staff. Some boys on the desk. The first one, when we wanted to book a room after returning from Samarkand, he said to make arrangements at another hotel in Tashkent. This suprised us a lot.
