Расположение удобное, отель новый и комфортный, персонал очень приятный и доброжелательный. Все просьбы моментально исполнялись.

Great experience will visit again
Pros:

What i liked the most is the politeness of the staff , the exceptional breakfast . Rooms are spacious, very clean with comfortable mattresses . The lounge area was one more great area to relax

Cons:

I would like to have a balcony or a better view of the city. I believe the area in general doesn't provide this.

Unforgettable stay.
Pros:

Everything. The room is cosy with standing walk-in shower. Shower gel and shampoo have a very pleasant scent that is so unforgettable. Good choice. Very friendly staff at the reception and cafe. They were attentive to the guests. Massage service was great. Thank you guys.

Новый отель и очень красивый😍
Pros:

Почти все нам понравилось, при заселении парень очень хороший на ресепшене и еще девушка на кухне по имени Нозигуль она просто супер👍🏻

Cons:

Нам не понравилось девушка шатенка на -1 этаже, где фитнес зал, она не довольна смотрела на детей когда мы зашли в зал, из за этого туда мы больше не ходили(
