Pros:

The complex is quite new, the location is good, and the room was great. The receptionist was great and very welcoming. We got welcoming drinks and a premises tour.

Cons:

In other hotels we stayed at, we were used to being greeted when entering the property. Here, there was always a staff member at the entrance, although I’m not sure what his role was, and unfortunately he never greeted us or said hello during our stay. This gave the impression of a slight lack of professionalism and hospitality.

Pros:

Our flight was cancelled and we got the last room in the hotel. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

The "window" in the bathroom faced into the hallway. Uncomfortable twin beds, and not the cleanest room.

A wonderful private oasis with great potential for more
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Checking in was quite a long wait due to only one person being at the desk and was on a long call. The location of the room was somewhat restrictive because of how it was in line with the restaurant to the degree that we could see what people were eating so we had to keep our curtains drawn

Pros:

Garten war sehr schön gepflegt, modernes Zimmer, Bar in Gehdistanz am Meer (gehört nicht zum Hotel) mit Live Musik.

Cons:

Abgeschieden, gefühlt im Nirgendwo, nicht direkt am Meer.
Wir hatten kein heißes Wasser, es wurde aber von der Rezeption darauf reagiert.
