Excellent hotel, very comfortable stay, and great service. Special thanks to Rashad, who provided airport pickup and drop-off. He was very nice, professional, and helpful. He also showed Baku’s traditional and historical places. Highly recommended!
Close to train station
The room is really noisy, outside are noisy big exhausts and big AC which are noisy even with closed window. Bed is really uncomfortable, I could feel every spring, for 3 nights I didn't have good sleep. The breakfast is served very late (8:30) so from 3 times I made it only once because the day tours starts earlier and the stuff didn't make any effort to solve it somehow, they just said it's no possible to provide earlier. And they didn't let in my friend to visit me, they asked money from him if he wanna enter. I don't recommend this hotel.

Otelin konumu oldukça güzel ve merkeziydi. Oda temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Konaklamamız boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Fiyat-performans açısından oldukça memnun kaldık. Tekrar Bakü’ye geldiğimizde kesinlikle yeniden tercih ederiz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz! 😊

Was noisy and I asked about different quiet room for next night, they they proposed neighboring room, same noise. And I decided to leave the hotel, first they were okay with that, and said will return part of money for upcoming nights, then after some waiting they said "cannot return the money"
الفندق صراحة جميل، يقع تقريبا في قلب المدينة، قريب للبحر وليس بعيد عن المركز، مقارنة بالسعر فهو حقا صفقة رابحة... بالمناسبة أشكر كل الموظفين العاملين بالفندق، أذكر منهم الأخت أسيل والأخ محمد والأخ صديق وباقي الموظفين لم يتسنى لي معرفة أسماءهم لكنهم كلهم حقا أناس طيبين ومتخلقين تحس بأنك وسط عائلة محبة فشكرا جزيلا لكم.
The location is excellent and provides easy access to all the major attractions. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ali and Sadiq, who assisted me on my first day. All the other receptionists were also polite and friendly, although I don’t know their names. In addition the room was big as described in the picture and the cleaning lady was cleaning them regularly.
Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The mattress was not very comfortable, but overall, it was acceptable. The experience would be even better if the mattress were replaced with a more comfortable one.
