Pros:

Pekny apartman blizko centra.

Cons:

Pri tomto standarde ubytovania uz ocakavam kavovar a caje ako samozrejmu vybavu kuchyne.

Ta blizkost vaznice nas zaskocila. Skoda, ze je to naozaj na dotyk.

Chybali vytahy.

Großes schön eingerichtetes Apartment.

Cons:

Es müsste explizit darauf hingewiesen werden, dass ein Smartphone und online Zahlung unbedingt erforderlich sind, weil es keine besetzte Rezeption vor Ort gibt. Checkin und Checkout, Zahlung der Zusatzkosten wie der Parkplatz, erfolgen ausschließlich über das Internet. Abgesehen vom Reinigungspersonal das nur Slowakisch spricht ist niemand vor Ort der hilft, wenn zum Beispiel eines der Zahlenschlösser mit denen man über einen Code Zutritt erhält nicht funktioniert. Die unmittelbare Nähe eines Gefängnis mit entsprechender Geräusch Kulisse durch singende und johlende Gefangene und Hundegebell erzeugt eine unheimliche Atmosphäre, welche durch die Tatsache, dass kein Hotelpersonal im Haus ist noch verschärft wird. Da hilft leider das schönste Apartment zu einem guten Preis nicht weiter.

Čo sa týka ubytovania i personálu, všetko bolo OK.

Cons:

Som nezdatný v internete. Samotné vybavovanie ubytovania bolo pre mňa zaťaźujúce a veľmi problematické. Musel som prizvať kamaráta, ktorý za mňa náležitosti vybavil. Osobne som zvyknutý prísť na recepciu a záležitosti bez problémov za pár minút vyriešiť.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren jederzeit und schnell erreichbar, das war super (vor allem, weil wir sonst nicht in die Suite gekonnt hätten....)!

Cons:

Leider hat der Zugangscode zur Tür der Suite nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten jedes Mal anrufen, wenn wir rein wollten. Das hat genervt.
