لقد استمتعنا بالإقامة وكان كل شي ممتاز
والموظفين متعاونين والابتسامه لا تفارق وجههم و يرحبون بالنزلاء في كل حين
واشكر موظفة Room Attendant جميله كانت تعتني بجناحنا طوال فترة اقامتنا
وكذلك اشكر موظف Bellboy على حسن تعامله و شرحه الوافي لكافة مرافق الفندق .

نصيحتي اجعلو الاقامه فيه اخر رحلتكم لاستكنان و الاسترخاء وتكون ختامها مسك 😇

لا يوجد شبك حماية ضد الحشرات على النوافذ
بعض الاناره لا تعمل
درجة حرارة الماء الساخن في الجاكوزي بسيط
وعاء الماء في الساونا فيه فتحات تتسرب الماء منه
الهاتف في جناحنا كان عطلان الصوت ضعيف جدا .

Pros:

Понравился бассейн, и женщины которые убираются в номерах очень чистоплотные) после них было очень приятно.

Cons:

Не понравилось, что сначала нас разместили в грязном прокуренном номере- хотя, изначально бронировали номер взрослые + дети! В нашем номере воняло как в курящем баре! Уборка не меняла ситуацию, запах был застоявшийся и не проветривался даже с открытыми окнами. Было очень неприятно. Так же, наших друзей в день заселения встретили с фруктами и орехами, а нам ничего из этого не было представлено, почему так обделили нас? Хотя мы платили за номер больше- так как двое детей. Это меня возмутило. Это обидно! Второй момент который не понравился - это персонал на рецепции и администрация- которая не идет на встречу просьбам клиентов. Персонал одним словом не гибкий, и если вам что то понадобится- возможно вам откажут.

Goed hotel, super rustig, goede faciliteiten.
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamers, goede voorzieningen zoals een gym en zwembad.

Cons:

Ondanks geboekte kamers en prijs werd er toch een extra fee gecharged voor de kinderen. Wazig verhaal over kosten met het ontbijt o.i.d.
Barpersoneel heeft een opfriscursus nodig. Enorm traag, vergeten veel, zijn drukker met elkaar dan met de gasten.

حجزي كان ليلتين وممتازة صراحة والموظفين متعاونين، ولكن عند حجز ليلتين بعد يومين.. وللاسف بسبب الاوضاع الطيران جدولوا رحلتي وقدموها يوم وبتضيع عليي ليلة في الفندق وحاولت اشرح الموضوع للموظفين وصراحة كانوا متجاوبين معي، ولكن غير متعاونين..

متفهم كل شيء. بس السبب مو بيدي لكذا حاولت اتواصل اياهم ولكن بدون اي فايدة
