The hotel was very cozy. I really liked that.
I also liked a private mini balcony adjacent to my room.
However, the only individual problem that I faced was that the bathroom in my room was stinky.
Staff excellent, Rooms premium vibes, Food awesome 😎.

On a positive note, the management was polite and responsive in their communication, but overall, the stay was not worth the money.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from what I expected. The cleanliness was a major issue — the bed sheets, blankets, and bathroom all had visible yellow stains, which made the stay uncomfortable. The location is also very poor, situated in the middle of a random and isolated area that is not suitable for families. The view from the room was unpleasant, and there were no facilities available at all — nothing to justify the price or the time spent here.
Great hotel, super clean, the personele are very polite and hepful! Located close to a park and the Academy of Sciences, was convinient for our group. Breakfasts very nice.
This hotel located inside the private secttor so you have to walk a little bit
I was staying with my family,we did enjoy our time here,very good location just near central park ,can just walk out and take a walk.
Nizami street was also in walking distance.

The standout feature is undoubtedly the staff - exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made a significant positive impression. Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Baku. Location was little concern but once you are in the hotel then who cares.
We enjoyed beautiful weather during our stay in Baku and the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping made sure everything was neat and tidy every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was extensive, varied, and delicious — definitely great value for money.
We had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service outstanding, and we truly felt at home.
We will definitely return to relax, unwind, and enjoy the wonderful service once again!

The staff was really friendly, we appreciated that. They were also pretty helpful: everything we asked was carried out quickly.
First, we got a room which was not clean enough. It wasn't a big deal since the hotel changed it for us immediately.
However, the new room still had some issues. The door to the balcony didn't lock, the shower tube got holls in it, so the water pressure was very low. Almost all the chairs in the rooms our group had were broken.
Another weird thing was that the cleaning ladies were opening our luggage to put things in it that were in the room.
Good price and large room.
