Cons:

The male employee in Room 2 who works in the underground medical center was the worst. There was not an ounce of kindness, perhaps the remnants of Soviet communism, and it made people uncomfortable throughout the oil bath. The amount of oil was not enough, and rather than the guest taking a comfortable oil bath, he became nervous throughout the bath, fearing that oil from the guest's body would get on the bathroom. Silly guy. Later, after the bath, he scraped the oil off his body with a metal shoe spatula, which hurt every time he touched it. Worst place for stupid people who don't know the word kindness to work.

Pros:

The hotel has a lot of plus points when it comes to health. The hotel provides a full board stay with all the meals provided are super healthy. The crude oil bath which is the main attraction of the hotel is an amazing thing to really go for. The hotel also has kids play area to keep the kids busy and outdoor exercise units along with the kids play area to let you maximize your health while you can watch your kids play.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been a more area of focus.

Pros:

First of all the smell of the hotel is wonderful, the cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel staff is very friendly, prompt and professional, especially the reception staff. The medical staff is compassionate and competent. In this hotel, guests' requests are carefully considered. If you want to avoid the noise, Sun City Hotel and Spa Naftalan is a great choice. I express my deep gratitude to the manager of the hotel and all the staff.

A Fair place to stay
Pros:

Staff were helpful and attentive
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner buffet was amazing, a lot of varieties
Room was clean and modern with all essentials
A lot of activities to be done

Cons:

I would humbly recommend that brochures and menus would be available in English too
A singer would perform at night in the mess room, that is greet, but forget about sleeping before 11pm,
