The hotel was comfortably warm amid the Yerevan winter. The cleaning service was great.
The hotel offers cheaper rooms but with communal bathroom. Somehow I was unable do understand that during the booking. That might be my fault or due to misleading info in the app. Anyway the location was great for our family gathering.

Customer service and care is absolutely perfect, it doesn't really get better than this all thanks to the caring hostess Nara.
It really does feel like home here and it's a stay I'd miss. From first reception and check-in warm smooth and friendly, to the great customer service during my stay, and then the easy smooth check-out

Hotel is located 15 mins from city center if you use taxi. There is a good supermarket (open nonstop) located 5 mins from hotel and a few pharmacies. So you can buy everything there.

Most comfortable bed we've slept on in weeks. Staff is very friendly. Place is very clean and toiletries are provided. Parking spaces are available. Great place for a comfortable (and affordable stay) in Yerevan!
The hotel is very cozy and clean, the hosts are very accommodating, they checked me in late at night, or it was more like early morning, I m not sure. They also were very friendly and helpful and made sure that I won't miss my flight.

Everything is good, nice budget hotel
Very good service. They took care of me when i was a bit ill. The food prepared is fresh and 1000 times better than eating out. The pillows, sheets are clean. There is AC in rooms for hot summer nights. You can ask them to prepare breakfast, lunch snd dinner and its economical too.
