Территория отеля симпатичная , есть мини кухня , которой любезно можно воспользоваться , чай и кофе отель предлагает. Отель расположен в 20 минутах ходьбы от центра и всех основных достопримечательностей

Cons:

При заселении белье не поменяли от прошлых гостей , вся простынь и подушки были в чужих волосах ( заселялись рано утром ) , пришлось. Спать так после ночного перелета. При обращении к персоналу уже утром , постель нам поменяли . В процессе проживания нам пытались продать другой номер с доплатой ссылаясь на новые цены. Просили продлить наш номер , сначала продлили по другой стоимости , через сутки нам объявили что наш номер тоже уже занят . Требовали только наличные , оплату картой не согласились принять , хотя везде были значки оплата картой принимается. Пришлось срочно переезжать . Нашли квартиру в центре за 5 минут по меньшей цене и с гораздо большей площадью . Хороший сервис , продлили с оплатой по карте без проблем по низшей цене .

This was my first time at this hotel. When I was looking for a two-day stay, despite the rather inconvenient location, I decided to book a large (30 sq. m.) suite. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the room I'd booked for two days had already been rented out. I was offered a smaller room (15 sq. m. instead of 30 sq. m.), the lowest category, with the option to move to a different room on the second day (also different from the room I'd booked). On the second day, I was asked to cancel my reservation (supposedly because the staff couldn't make changes in the Booking.com system). I declined. No refund was provided.

Pros:

L’emplacement était top, non loin du centre ville et dans un quartier calme. L’hôtel est calme et a son charme. Les terrasses sont vraiment un plus non négligeable. Le personnel très gentil et accueillant.

Cons:

Il manque peut être un espace supplémentaire dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires. Elle est malgré tout très spacieuse

The young gentleman at the reception was very helpful, we decided to upgrade our room in the last moment and also at the checkout we needed more time, all that requirements were handled smoothly and friendly. Liked the location, close to the center but not loud.

Disappointing experience in bland hotel.

Had to move hotel as water cut-off.
Told I was being upgraded to luxury room - new room was really disappointing - big but had no facilities. It was a bland, white space like a room in hospital with a poor bathroom.
I booked a suite but the room had no sofa or chairs or place to eat.
The 2 rooms next to mine were better - they had a sofa and chairs.
Room was dark - had to put on lights during day & couldn't see outside.
Even with heat from air-con, the room was always cold.
When asking for room to be cleaned twice, bed was left & only bathroom cleaned.
No bottles of water. Had to ask for coffee & toilet roll as not proactively replacing items.
I stayed in 6 different hotels in Azerbaijan, Georgia & Armenia, this was the most expensive and most disappointing.
