Замечательный номер,есть всё необходимое для проживания ,удобно и комфортно. Есть общая кухня,где можно самостоятельно приготовить и воспользоваться необходимой посудой. Шикарный внутренний двор,где можно посидеть и выпить кофе. Удобное местоположение, от центра 15-20 минут неспешным шагом.
Отдельное спасибо персоналу Гору и Армине,а также Эрику и Сандре. Всегда помогали в любом вопросе,были приветливы и дружелюбны!!!

Pros:

First of all staff member been very helpful with our check in. Room was great and clean. The only issue was too many stairs from entrace to help desk and from there to our room, which was annoying with luggages.
What we enjoyed most, was the Apricot tour that Mr. Khoran gave us. He was very friendly and so generous during tour and even took us to two other attraction around Yerevan which was great. He created us an unforgettable memory.

Все отлично персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, особенно Эрик который нас встречал: очень милый, улыбчивый парень ,нам разрешили даже вещи стирать за отдельную плату но для нас это большой плюс,кровать большая и очень удобная. Спасибо Aspar Boutique Hotel мы ещё здесь вернёмся 🇦🇲🫶

В целом у этого отеля есть свои плюсы: очень удобное расположение и действительно доброжелательный, отзывчивый персонал. За это отдельное спасибо.

Cons:

К сожалению, сам номер нас сильно разочаровал. Он выглядит довольно уставшим и нуждается в обновлении. Уборка также оставляет желать лучшего.

Самым большим минусом стала ванная комната — там постоянно стоял очень сильный запах канализации. Он был настолько неприятным, что заходить в ванную было некомфортно.

Перед бронированием я ориентировалась на высокие оценки и положительные отзывы на Booking, поэтому ожидания были совсем другими. К сожалению, в нашем случае они не оправдались, и я пожалела о своем выборе.

Надеюсь, владельцы обратят внимание на эти недостатки, потому что у отеля действительно хороший потенциал благодаря удачному расположению и приятному персоналу.
