Хочу поблагодарить персонал гостиницы Aspar за тёплый приём и высокий уровень сервиса. Очень тёплые и чистые номера, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, а также уютная общая кухня.
Гостиница удобно расположена рядом с центром, поблизости магазины и кафе. Отдельное спасибо Нареку за помощь с багажом и за внимание, хозяину господину Армену за постоянную поддержку и Марине за вкусный кофе.
Меня встретили в аэропорту, что было очень приятно и удобно.
Цена отличная по сравнению с другими гостиницами Еревана. Обязательно приеду снова и рекомендую всем!

Внимательный, отзывчивый персонал, удобное расположение, вкусный кофе, в номерах тепло, несмотря на зимний мороз. Удивил замечательный директор - в условиях редких холодов и снега в Ереване - сам расчищал территорию от снега и льда. Приехали раньше времени заселения - нам предложили номер более высокой категории и без доплаты. Провели прекрасные выходные в Ереване, отдохнули великолепно.

Pros:

The rooms are large. The hotel has a beautiful green courtyard. You can sit and eat there. The hotel lie lower than the street therefore you do not hear the vehicle traffic.
The rooms and the toilets were clean, the personnel friendly.

Pros:

A stunning hotel with a wonderful garden area for relaxing, beautiful and clean rooms, and an authentic feel. The staff is very friendly. I don't understand who writes bad reviews—we loved everything! There's also a kitchen, washing machine, and iron. Isn't that enough for a comfortable stay?

Идеальное место для отдыха, прекрасный сад, красивый интерьер изнутри. Даже есть музей и коворкинг зона, персонал очень милый и номера большие и чистые. Нас угостили кофе, шоколадками, всегда помогали во всем вопросам, вообщем без внимания не оставили. Очень понравилось все!

Cozy and Comfort
Pros:

We would be grateful to inform that the hotel has to award the Reception who her speaking also Georgian Russian and Armenian and English is been so professionally treated and very warm greetings. Such staff hat be promoted since the guests are happy which means the staff has been treated well on behalf of the hotel . Generally all the reception staffs in all the shift were so nice even the gentleman in evening shift .

Cons:

Clean , comfort, good standard size of rooms .

However the disadvantages were the property dose not had the Lift were guests in elderly ages with luggage can not carrying luggage in the rooms and such stuff .
