One of a kind experience. I never expected so much attention from the hotel staff. Francis is a real professional at hosting. Always felt taken care of. They will accommodate all needs plus more. Even without ordoñez hotel this place is a true paradise.
You are away from all the commotion in the city at the same time you have everything here that you need. Once you arrive Francis will make you feel at home and part of the family. This is a true hidden gem.

We arrived in Managua late because our flight was delayed. We drove to the very vague address we were given our itinerary when we arrived at the destination, we realize it is nowhere near the beach. It was in the neighborhood at the end of the alley across the street from the bar. The advertisement on Expedia stated it was steps to the beach it showed less than one street over from the beach 30 miles from the beach at 2 o’clock in the morning. We are still driving around looking for a place to stay. we booked a place a hotel órdenez upon our arrival they are closed and the gates are locked with padlock. No one comes at all to the gate so once again we are driving around aimlessly looking for a place to stay so we make it to another place somewhere tells us about another place we try to this other place and it ends up being in Brazil now I have to try to get my money back from Brazil. Expedia Expedia big liar. They don’t check up on their advertisement. This trip has cost us four times as much as it should because of Expedia it took us three days to get where we are now. It was supposed to be th three week vacation
Then When we looked closer it was less than two weeks. This has been a hell vacation so far. We have been through the wringer and back again. We finally found aWe have been through the wringer and back again. We finally found a place to stay and we love it here. The advertising for this place should be on Expedia Villa Del Carmen. Want our money back 4 everything.
