Pros:

Nice stand alone house, a bit away from the actual resort. Which is not mentioned in description on bookingsite. Nice voluntary staff at the reception.

Cons:

The distance to the resort and bar, restaurant and service.
What we really did not like was that we were almost 24 hours without water, so we could not use toilets/shower for that time. According to receptionist a problem they have known about for some time, but not done anything about. We got offered a few free beers at the bar at the resort and use showers there, but that's a bit of a walk away.
The hotel did not accept request of refund of payment for 1 night(88US!) which is really unsatisfactory.
Neither did they care about answering Booking.com, when they tried to contact the accommodation. So all in all, not happy at all

Great place to spend for a few nights while travelling through Nicaragua.
Pros:

AC, Good comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, pool, walk across the street to the beach, and a good restaurant nearby.

Pros:

I loved the staff, the peaceful and the location. Also, everything was cheep. The beds are brand new and so nice. It’s not some hard box which is typical in Central America. It was right by the beach just a few steps and also the surrounding beach’s are close but I liked Gigante the most. I always felt so relieved when I was back. It’s safe and all the people in Gigante are nice, chill, and laid back. It is a unique and precious community. But there’s just a couple locals and fisherman on the beach. I did not see many tourists. The coffee, beers, clean water were always accessible. There is a guard at night, not that you need one. Also there is hot and cold water in the shower and you can get housekeeping if you want it. Otherwise they just leave you alone which is awesome. I went for Pie De Gigante Spanish School. It changed my life. Playing pool at Juntos was fun. Anyways I can’t wait to go back.

Cons:

I would like a safe in the room. I didn’t need one exactly but I just like having one if I needed it if only for the passport.

Good place, poor service
Pros:

They gave me a hard time during the check-in because they didn't know how the expedia payments work. Also, it's supposed to have a restaurant but only serves breakfast. The area is not so safe and there are only a few dining options

Exceptional
Pros:

This hotel is a fantastic choice for a beach getaway. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beach is just a few minutes away, with great surfing spots within walking distance. The hotel also offers surfboards to rent.
The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend :)

Pros:

Location: beach is just across the street, restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and team of volunteers, nice check-in with Elena and Tommy. Very good breakfast with fresh fruits. Nice pool and seating area.

Pros:

The property was close to beach and walkable. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was an option which we had a few times. Staff was very helpful arranging taxi and sharing walks and things to explore. Enjoyed that it was non smoking. Enjoyed having coffee and water available as well. I would recommend this place and have no problem coming back.
