Pros:

Excellent location, right in the city center - a beautiful spot! The room is not very large, as you can not have in Erevan big rooms for budget prices, however it has all needed facilities and it is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it to any traveller who loves being in the city center and taking beautiful walks

Cons:

Очень плохая звукоизоляция!
Если кто-то разговаривает в соседнем номере или в коридоре то такое впечатление что они это делают прямо возле вашей кровати.
О хорошем сне и отдыхе можете забыть.
Так же была проблема с лампочкой душевой, которая мигала как стратоскоп ( жаловались администратору отеля но проблему так и не устранили)

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit freundlichem Personal und gut ausgestatteten Zimmern
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliches Personal. Im Zimmer gibt es Hausschuhe, Shampoo, Duschgel, Zahnbürsten sowie Tee. Bequemes Bett und zusätzliches Sofa.

Cons:

Kleiner Minuspunkt: etwas, und trotz Vorhängen kommt seitlich Licht von draußen ins Zimmer.

Τοποθεσια εξερετικη! με εξυπηρετησε η ρεσεψιον στο να μου καλεσει ταξι για το αεροδρομιο.

Δεν καθαριζουν και αν το κανουν ειναι για τα ματια της πεθερας, μυριζαν τα συφωνια της τουαλετας και του μπανιου, το χερουλι της εξοπορτας ηταν μια βδομαδα χαλασμενο και δεν εκαναν τον κοπο να το επισκευασουν ααφου το αναφεραμε απο την πρωτη μερα ενω μπαιναν για τον καθαρησμο δωματιου ειχε στο πατωμα βιδες απτο χερουλι για 3 μερες. Δεν εβαζαν τα 2 μπουκαλακια με νερο στο δωματιο μετα τον καθαρισμο του δωματιου, αν πληρωσεις με καρτα εκτος απο τον φορο συναλαγματος σε χρεωνουν και φορο συναλαγης για 7 μερες το δικλινο μου κοστησε 304 ευρω και με χρεωσαν 324ευρω γιατι πληρωσα με καρτα και αλλα 7ευρω φορω συναλαγματος, θελουν μετρητα. αδιαφορο προσωπικο πρωτημουν να ειναι στο τηλεφωνο παρα να πουν μια εβγαινικη καλημερα, εαν δεν λεγαμε ειμεις οι πελατες πρωτοι καλημερα δεν σηκωναν καν το κεφαλι τους απτο τηλεφωνο να μας πουν, βαριοντουσαν. γενικα κακη διαχειρηση στο ξενοδοχειο. ΑΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΕΥΓΕΝΙΚΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΘΑΡΙΖΟΥΝ ΣΩΣΤΑ ΘΑ ΑΛΛΑΞΕΙ ΟΛΗ Η ΕΙΚΟΝΑ.

Pros:

The hotel had very poor hygiene standards, and there was no hot water. When we asked why the water wasn’t working, we were told that it only heats up once every 50 minutes.

The staff was extremely rude. We asked them to replace the dirty and torn bed sheets, but they told us that we had to do it ourselves and that the staff would not come into the room.

At any time during the day, they would shout at us and argue with us just for talking in the hallway, because my friend was staying two rooms away and we would sometimes speak there.

This is a terrible hotel experience.

agréable séjour malgré les petits défauts

l'accueil du personnel,l'emplacement près d'un parc et de nombreux restaurants, tranquillité
le frigo dans la chambre

Cons:

la salle de bain : la pente de la douche est dans le mauvais sens, on prend donc un pédiluve en même temps que la douche.
le drap posé sur les 2 lits et trop court pour être bordé, toute les nuits il faut tirer le drap pour ne pas dormir sur le matelas
la TV sans aucune chaine tv arméniennes !!! seules les applis internet avec Netflix quand même
