Everything was so bad water cutoff and in the evening the electricity went off. The hotel didn’t have a backup generator
The rooms are too small you cant even find a place for the luggage

В будущем присмотримся к вариантам которые на 10-30% подороже, но не будут вышеперечисленных проблем.
Pros:

В целом отель за свои деньги неплохой, из плюсов могу выделить: чайник, пару пакетиков чая и кофе, фен, вентилятор, который дует в пол силы, но хватает, небольшой телик с ютубом, вежливый персонал и самое главное что вы находитесь в центре.

Cons:

Ну и на этом плюсы заканчиваются, далее идут минусы на которые за такую цену закрыть глаза можно, но знать о них точно следует: ужасное расположение самих комнат, по факту вы находитесь под землей, из за этого окон по факту будто нет, вы всегда будете с закрытыми шторами из за того что вас видно всем прохожим и с закрытыми окнами потому что очень шумно. Далее - это очень маленькие комнатушки, не развернутся никуда, для одного более менее для двоих уже сложно. Грязные стены, грязный пол, в туалете протекает унитаз и раковина, самое что противное - это грязный матрас, и простынь такого формата, что она постоянно съезжает и ты лежишь голым телом на грязном матрасе. Если хотите хорошо отдохнуть или приехать с девушкой, то учтите что звукоизоляция просто напросто отсутствует, ее просто нет. Мало розеток на номер. Периодами пахло канализацией и сыростью.

Cons:

This is actually a couple of ground-floor apartments in a Soviet-era building that have been combined into one property, with very basic facilities. The window opens directly onto the other side building entrance, where the intercom is quite loud. Breakfast is not provided, although there is a small, equipped dining area where they obviously used to prepare it. The Wi-Fi is very weak and unreliable. If you're traveling alone on business and just need a place to stay, it will do, considering the price and location.

Pros:

L'hôtel est excellemment placé sur Martiros Saryan, avenue étudiante, branchée et digital nomads. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon, le confort est plus modeste.

Удобное расположение отеля, самый центр. Отель занимает 1 этаж жилого дома, окна выходят во двор. Во дворе тишина.
Персонал отличный. После первой ночи проживания мы попросили поменять номер на номер побольше, нас переселили.
В номере и ванной комнате чистота. Постельное белье не изношенное. Кровать и диваны удобны для сна, не скрипят. В первом номере вода в душевой уходила не очень хорошо, но во втором номере такой проблемы не было.
Единственное, чего мне не хватило так это полочек для шампуня/мыла в ванной. Во время душа приходилось выкладывать все на крышку унитаза. И сама ванная очень тесная
В номере при заезде был чай/кофе, тапочки, зубные наборы, шампуни и гели для всех проживающих
В отеле есть маленькая кухня с необходимым набором посуды для готовки

Cons:

По соотношению цена /качество меня все устроило.

Pros:

Excellent location, right in the city center - a beautiful spot! The room is not very large, as you can not have in Erevan big rooms for budget prices, however it has all needed facilities and it is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it to any traveller who loves being in the city center and taking beautiful walks
