The room was clean and cozy, we got everything we needed. The host helped us to use washing mashine for an additional fee (2000AMD). We appreciated that there were multiple electric sockets.
The location was a bit further from the centre, but it served our needs perfectly (it was good starting point for a hike to Matosavank monastery).
We loved the staff, they were so kind. Also loved the location. The room was very comfortable and clean.
The view from the room was very nice.

Excellent value for money. Beautiful mountain and forest views, very spacious rooms, fast Wi-Fi, great homemade food and coffee, and an exceptionally welcoming host who made me feel at home. The large terrace and convenient location near UWC were also big advantages.
The road to the hotel can become muddy after rain, and the rooms may feel cold in chilly mountain weather. The food is homemade and simple rather than a large buffet-style hotel breakfast, which may not suit everyone.

I requested a refund due to the issues during my stay. As my profile shows, I have a consistent history of honest behavior and no negative reviews. In response, the host made threatening accusations, claiming we stole towels or damaged property. I have screenshots of these messages as evidence
Everything is bad. There’s no hot water, the electricity was cut in the middle of the night, and it was very cold.
Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel advertises hot water, but there was none available during our stay. When we raised the issue, instead of fixing it, the staff responded with an absurd question asking where we had “used up” their limited 300 liters of hot water. This clearly shows the hotel does not have a proper, reliable hot water system—something that should be basic, not conditional.
This is misleading and unacceptable. Guests should not have to worry about whether there will be enough hot water to shower. The response from staff was unprofessional and dismissive, making the situation even worse.
I would not recommend staying here unless you are prepared for very poor service and facilities that do not match what is advertised.
The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. Hot shower. Good price. Everything was adequate, but personally I would not chose this one next time.
Our room was cold, and the small radiator was just warm. I spoke with the manager, who suggested putting on more clothes, and gave us an extra duvet.

Fine big room with large bed. The hotel seemed very new. It offers excellent value for money & there is a supermarket directly across the street.
The main issue was that the rooms were not serviced while we were out & the reception was not staffed. We ran out of toilet paper but also would have liked the bins changed as we were travelling with a baby (dirty nappies).
Check in took longer than needed as the receptionist didn’t know how to use the card machine & would not countenance my suggestion to pay the following day instead.
