Единственный небольшой минус — кровати не слишком большие, но в остальном всё очень понравилось. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова!

Very cute and cozy! me and my friends had a great time! another perk is not having to pay an entrance fee to the Alexander spa which was AMAZING!!

Everything was excellent during our stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The hotel facilities were also top notch, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional.

The highlight of our experience was definitely the spa it was absolutely amazing and a true place of relaxation. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

Very satisfying

Very nice hotel.

Hands down the best Hotel in Gyumri. Morning breakfast is fit for a king. The Spa was A went everyday during my stay & the staff was attentive, kind and very helpful.

Clean , Convenient to be close to everything, service was great

Service was excellent. The porter guy took my bags to the shared bus and he helped me with all. And Didn’t even take my tip. The spa facility was great as well. Early check in, late check out was very helpful as well. Great people

It was very pleasant staying at the Radisson in Gyumri. There was only one minor negative, that being not having a bar fridge in the room. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, particularly the free access to the amazing Alexandra Spa - 10/10!!

Overall great experience. Very convenient location. Within less than 5 walk from main city square( center), great restaurants, museums. Great city views from the room window( see photos).
Few things that could be improved. I reserved junior suite, but the sofa bed was not so comfortable. Also no hair conditioner, which was important for me. Should be included, for 4.5 rating.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre ville, avec de très bonnes prestations : le Spa est à l’extérieur mais vraiment complet et luxueux
Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un autre restaurant proche mais endroit très agréable et petit déjeuner très copieux : on a pas besoin de manger le midi 😉

Le personnel est gentil et professionnel et parle anglais
Les seuls soucis pour nous ont été les hurlements et aboiements des chiens dans la ville mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien ! La ville devrait faire quelque chose à ce sujet

I recently stayed at Shiraz Hotel in Gyumri, and it was an outstanding experience.

The staff were exceptional, always helpful and friendly. They even offered us a free early check-in and late check-out without us asking, which was a pleasant surprise.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. The hotel's central location near the main square made it easy to explore all the attractions, restaurants, and shops.

I must also mention the delightful hand soap in the rooms—it has such a pleasant scent! Could you please comment and tell us the exact brand of this soap? I would love to purchase some for my home.

Shiraz Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gyumri.
