Огромный плюс локация и дружелюбный персонал
Нет лифта (но предложили донести чемодан),, обидные мелочи которые портят впечатление: смеситель не закреплен на раковине, светильник сломан и не заменен (цена ему 15-20 долларов)
Emplacement très central pour visiter Erevan, dans une rue calme et agréable face à un joli parc et à prximit´2 de commerces.

Location is perfect for a walking distance to all places downtown. Stuff is really nice. Extremely kind people, smiling and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious. If I go back to Yerevan for sure I would stay there. Highly recommended!

Санузел скользкий, не удобный, душ течет,кровать неудобная. Светы не все нормально работают.
Personal is very friendly, room is fresh and stylish, very tasty breakfast, prime location. Will comeback for sure!
The location is very good, walking distance to the Republic Square and the Vernissage Market. There are many nice, cosy cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was extraordinary with few but delicious meals prepared at your request. Room was clean and cooled with AC. City centre is less than 5minutes by foot. Staff were extremely helpfull.
Did not get the daily room clean but it wasnt really necessary because room was cleaned.
