Great spa options and comfortable lovely interior
I love the Pool/Spa area.
Worker’s poor attitude and how they talk with guests! Even had argument with one of the workers because she did not want to give my kids towels! TV control was broken! Gave us a room with one bed for 3 people with an excuse that they don’t have room! I checked through bookings they clearly had a room! They did not want to accommodate! If you’re charging me extra for the third person be fair and provide me the extra bed! Visited Armenia after 25 years and got this horrible experience from workers! Everyone starring at your face like they have not seen anyone from outside of Armenia. I demanded a room change next day because we did not sleep all night!

The location was great.
The room had an electrical issue, and there was also a water leak in the toilet. Someone came to repair both problems, and they should be fixed before our arrival. The hot water was not working in one of the rooms. The room service did not work after 10 pm, we could not order anything.
The room was spacious and well equipped, with beautiful mountain views, a smart TV, complimentary amenities, and a safe. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly made omelets, and the spa was great. I also appreciated that Vardavar was not celebrated on the hotel grounds, allowing guests to keep their phones and documents safe.
Arranging the transfer required several reminders, and the vehicle smelled strongly of gas, which should be checked. The hairdryer in the room did not work. The hotel is very family-oriented, making it quite noisy. The outdoor table tennis area is poorly designed because of the wind, children taking or losing the balls, and the lack of an indoor playing space. Loud music on Sunday afternoon also made it difficult to relax. Finally, being told before arrival that Vardavar celebrations might take place caused unnecessary stress, although fortunately they did not.

Гостиница была очень чистая, персонал дружелюбный, всё очень красиво было сделано, классный СПА центр, чистый воздух, красивый вид.
Единственное плохое было то, что в общественных местах (в кинотеатре, в баре) очень много Курилы, и особенно детям было противно.
Понравилось: бассейн, ресторан. Потрясающая природа вокруг
Не понравилось: вялый ночной сотрудник на ресепшне, которому впринципе было глубоко все равно, на то, что мы не можем помыться вечером и на то, что у них срабатывает анализатор газа при нагреве воды. Ну и можно добавить, что новый дом при переселении проверяли тоже мы, никакой помощи или участия проявлено не было со стороны сотрудников. По всей видимости номера и коттеджи перед заселением у них никто не проверяет, или проверяет поверхностно
