Desayuno demasiado tarde

La ubicación y el trato del personal.

Cons:

El desayuno empieza a las 8.30 y es demasiado tarde si tienes excursiones contratadas. Nuestras excursiones empezaban todas a las 8.30 por lo que no pudimos desayunar en el restaurante ningún día, nos ofrecieron unas bandejas preparadas pero no es igual. Ni siquiera un café con leche pudimos tomar porque no ofrecían nada hasta las 8.30 en punto.

Would definitely rebook it if I visit Yerevan again
Pros:

I really liked this hotel, the staff was lovely, very good breakfast and the location very very good. Close to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

There was a weird smell coming from the shower, but wasn’t something too bad.

Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, centrale, camera pulita e ben attrezzata con furniture moderna e funzionale. La colazione è onesta con scelta dolce e salato

Cons:

La stanza riservata per tre persone un po' troppo piccola. Al momento della partenza ho chiesto alla reception di prenotare un taxi ma mi è prenotato un taxi che non accettava carte di credito ma solo contanti. Non si può proporre un taxi che non accetta carte di credito in un hotel centrale 4 stelle della capitale

Pros:

Personalul amabil, ne-a dat detalii, informații, totul la superlativ.
Curățenie extraordinară, schimbat prosoape , la fel totul extraordinar!

Cons:

Locația este foarte zgomotoasă!
Pereții subțiri, se aude din camera vecină inclusiv când tastezi la telefon!
Vecinul tușea sau strănută și sari imediat din pat!
Izolația cu exteriorul este la fel de slabă, se aud mașini și trecători toată noaptea!
Sincer, dacă ar fi să mai merg în zonă, nu aș mai alege acest hotel!

Dobrý skromná snídaně, personál velmi milý jak na recepci, tak v restauraci. Jedině personál v restauraci by nemusel tak očividně sledovat hosty - chvilkami jsme se cítili nekomfortně sledováni.

Cons:

Pokoj byl velmi malý, v koupelně se nedalo pohybovat komfortně. Všimli jsme si, že ostatní pokoje jsou větší, tak spíš asi řešit při bookingu.
