Pros:

i focused on a cheaper stay in yerewan this time, cause i was traveling alone. for this category Baron Boutique was the best selection most likely. The staff was very kind, the room was always clean and provided with fresh water. There is a park next to the hotel, and the main shopping road is a short footwalk away, all in all a perfect stay

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima, a 10 minuti da Piazza della Repubblica, vicino a tutti i servizi e di fronte a una bella area verde.
Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli, la colazione è abbondante.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, ci tornerò molto volentieri!

Завтрак довольно скудный. Шумоизоляция плохая. В номере на втором этаже слышно, о чём говорят на ресепшене.

Ubicación excelente, muy céntrica y bien comunicada tanto con el aeropuerto en transporte público como con el centro a pie.
Habitaciones nuevas, cómodas y bien equipadas, con baño y aire acondicionado.
El desayuno es muy bueno, sabroso y de calidad.
Destacar también la rápida solución a un pequeño problema de limpieza: un 10 para la gobernanta.

Cons:

La insonorización de las habitaciones podría ser mejor.
El personal es correcto, pero se echa en falta algo más de profesionalidad en recepción y una atención más cercana.

As acomodações eram muito aconchegantes, com limpeza, cuidados e organização. A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa e gentil, fazendo com que nos sentissemos em casa. Super bem localizado, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e com diversas opções de restaurante nas proximidades. A comida do hotel, desde o café da manhã incluso às demais refeições são preparadas com muito capricho. Com certeza, voltaremos!
