Great value for money stay in the centre of Yerevan
Pros:

Large comfortable beds in rooms that felt modern and spacious. Good location just a 15-20 min walk to Republic Square or the Cascade. Staff always friendly and welcoming each time you entered the hotel. Breakfast room had great view over the city, just a shame it was too hazy to properly see Mount Ararat. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice pool, when not too busy. We had a one bedroom suite which was an unexpected upgrade and made our stay even more memorable. Even without this we would have no hesitation in returning.

Some carpets in rooms had seen better days

Ein rundum super Aufenthalt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Berg auf die „Mutter von Armenien“ bis hin zum Ararat. Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Mir als Frau fehlte teilweise Ablagefläche im Bad.

Отель понравился. Тихо, спокойно. Завтраки однообразные, но кофе из кофемашины , есть даже органическое молоко. Небольшой бассейн, хаммам и сауна. Приятный ресепшен

Белье белоснежное, кровать удобная. Есть халаты, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности. Завтрак с хорошим выбором. Сотрудники на завтраке очень радушные и готовы помочь по любому вопросу. У меня непереносимость лактозы, готовы были приготовить мне дополнительное блюдо

Very nice place, highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff was nice and friendly, breakfast offered rather good variety of options, room was nice and clean, comfortable bed.
Overall, the hotel is excellent! Also gym and pool area are available.

Cons:

Just small things to be noted:
1. Linen was not well attached to the mattress, it slipped away during sleep.
2. Also the hot and cold water taps were mistaken.
3. There was no towel dryer available.
4. To my mind, shampoo and shower gel were mistakenly misplaced.
5. No walk-through (double) switchers available in the bathroom, that is accessed both from the bedroom and the living room.

Отличное расположение рядом с центром. Есть парковка. В целом чисто.

Cons:

Заселиться было очень сложно- мы приехали вечером, около 22х и внизу была большая группа туристов. Мы предупредили молодого человека на ресепшене, что пойдём поужинать и вернёмся через час. Вернулись мы после 23х и оказалось, что номера готового нет😐 Нас попросили подождать ещё 20-25 минут. Ок, мы прогулялись ещё - благо погода была отличная и месторасположение отеля идеально для прогулок.
В итоге заселили нас ближе к 00.00 ночи. Забыв при этом наволочки) Когда мы позвонили попросить наволочки - хотя бы 2 - нам сказали, что с ними проблема и не обещают дать. Но спасибо, 2 наволочки в итоге принесли (из 4х подушек).
И я бы не написала это всё, если бы милая девушка ровно в 12.00 не позвонила напомнить, что у них выселение ровно в 12! Спасибо, дорогие, я-то собралась и вышла в 12.03. Но почему тогда с заездом вы не так пунктуальны? Я считаю в подобной ситуации было максимально неуместно подгонять нас - мы вас спокойно подождали.
Да, сам стандартный номер супер-маленький с древней вентиляцией над кроватью, которая дико дует. В номере старый ламинат на полу - первый раз такое вижу.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, idéal pour découvrir Erevan à pied. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.
Un merci tout particulier à Armina, à la réception, pour son accueil chaleureux et son attention. Elle nous a reçus avec une hospitalité qui nous a donné l'impression d'être en famille.
Nous souhaitons également remercier Sam (je peux me tromper avec le prénom), qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et nous a aidés avec nos bagages. Son sens du service et son hospitalité ont été tout simplement exceptionnels.

Cons:

La douche et les toilettes méritent un petit rafraîchissement, mais restent fonctionnelles.
