Уютный отель с хорошим расположением и прекрасными завтраками
Pros:

Приятный отель с хорошим расположением и отличными завтраками с красивым видом на город (Арарат мне не показался в мой приезд - был закрыт облаками, к сожалению). У меня был просторный номер с хорошим видом из окна (фото прикреплю). Завтраки вкусные. Расположение отеля хорошее - недалеко от центра и при этом в уютном зеленом районе.

Cons:

В первые 15 минут после моего заселения в номер - в туалете с грохотом упал наличник двери (я даже зайти туда не успела). Хорошо, что не на меня.
Сейф в номере не работал (был закрыт и не открывался). Сотрудник на рецепции сказал, что не знает, как решить эту проблему

Не думайте - выбирайте этот отель, все отлично
Pros:

Чудесный отель, в 10 минутах от каскада, новенький, стильный, отличный сервис, все работники услужливые, доброжелательные, номер проапгрейдили бесплатно, завтрак с видом на Арарат, также отличный.

Cons:

Ни одного минуса нет

Приветливый персонал, удобные номера и расположение отеля.

Cons:

Очень плохая уборка комнат. За неделю ни разу не протерли зеркало в ванне и раковину, даже табличка "clean my room" не помогла. Нужно напоминать клинингу о наполнении диспенсоров геля для душа....

Замечательный отель и вкусный завтрак с незабываемым видом
Pros:

Прекрасный, уютный, стильный отель в студенческом районе Еревана! Завтрак с видом на гору Арарат, сауна и бассейн как бонус после долгого перелета! Прекрасная Элен с ресепшен супер профи! Создала прекрасное настроение и ощущение праздника в день рождения! Очень рекомендую к посещению!

Hôtel bien situé et agréable.
Pros:

Hôtel agréable. Très belle vue dans la salle du petit déjeuner.lit confortable. Chambre calme

Cons:

Problème d’évacuation de la douche italienne :l’eau a coulé jusque dans le couloir ( moquette ) et pas d’eau chaude le premier jour.
Eau chaude réparée le lendemain mais l’évacuation seulement 2 jours après.

Pros:

Good location, has parking, nice breakfast.

Cons:

Thin walls, thin windows. Noisy and you can hear everything. Street sounds and what is happening in near rooms.
