No ac a door issues other then that please was fine
this place is awful. I felt totally "Cat-Fished". Nothing like the pictures, pool was a mud hole and behind a locked fence, no deadbolt on the door to feel safe, no A/C but you also can't open the windows because the screens have holes, ceiling fan in the room but makes a noise when it runs, no coffee pot, no where to put your clothes, floors were dirty which we discovered when we wiped up water from the cooler we brought with a washcloth (no hand towels either). No office staff to speak to hence the virtual check in. Have no idea what it is doing on this website.
I absolutely love staying here at the Snow Bear Lodge, it’s always very clean. The morning cleaning crew is very nice and helpful. This lodge is literally across the street from where we dock our boat, and close to the community park. I just wish their pool was filled so we didn’t have to make friends next door, to swim after hours from the lake
Old place - terrible mattress and pillows....no air conditioning or air flow. TV was about 27" max
Pool was closed with no warning before booking as well as no sign stating pool closed. Overall, place is not worth what they charge.
Comfortable bed. Good location near town. No TV channels other than steaming. No coffee maker. Small bathroom.

Our stay was very disappointing. We were told the pool was going to be available, and it wasn't, the place looked abandon, the front desk was closed, so their was no one there to speak to about our check in. This place was suppose to be a hotel & cabin, and the cabins & rooms looked run down.
It’s a great location! It feels private and quiet but it’s super close to the village and other things. It’s definitely not anything super high end but perfect for a one night sleep. I definitely will go back.
The bed frame was super squeaky and the pillows could be replaced. Also the shower was pretty intense and there wasn’t a way to change the way the water was coming out - it was a really strong mist that was kind of painful and it made for a very wet bathroom environment. Everything got soaked.
It was super close to Big Bear Mountain. It was clean and felt safe. There was contactless check-in. It was very clean, even the ceiling fan didn’t have dust on it. There was a lovely gas fireplace.
My room didn’t have a smoke detector.

We got there to find the whole facility abandoned, no vehicles in the car park and nobody at reception, we also hadn't received our check in information. After phoning for our room info we got sent to a room somebody else was staying in and promptly left the premises and stayed somewhere else. The facilities were appalling.
The room was close to the village. Easy parking
The faucets were cheap and hard to turn on/off. The room smelled of aerosol disinfectant. Awful smell. The polyester comforters were too hot. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. There was the sound of running water in pipes all night long. No one slept well.
The room was comfortable and as advertised, spacious with a table and chairs, little kitchenette area and a fireplace. Good location, walkable to many restaurants, bars, stores etc. It is a self check in process and no one is physically on the property, but it was very easy to communicate with staff via text and phone if needed. Parking on site.
The HVAC does need urgent repair. We cant barely sleep because of the noisy operation. Everything else OK for the price paid.
Great place to stay ,will stay again, bed was a very squeaky but over all good experience
Was nice and quiet. Close to restaurants.
We had to get comped for another day because the first booking none of the rooms were cleaned.
