Pros:

Room was reserved in advance via Expedia and I was asked at check in to pay for it. Shower has no caddy to place soap or shampoo everything had to be placed on the floor while showering, ordered instant Nescafé in the morning a small bowl was delivered with the sachets of Nescafe in it, no hot water, no cups.
Pool staff are great with excellent service as well as the restaurant for breakfast. I expected more honestly for 500$ plus for a room, I could have booked 2 nights across the street at the intercontinental Phoenicia.
