Pros:

Nice rooms but can be much cleaner. Why are there long hairs on the bedsheets and floor everywhere? Very nice area and modern rooms

Charged twice for the trip
Pros:

I was charged twice for my stay!!! Anoor hotel charged me for the stay I already payed for on hotels.com. They said it was for the security deposit but they charged my credit card for the full amount of my stay and never gave back the money! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

Excellent customer service, very friendly prompt and responsive.
only need to update the deposit amount on add.

Room refurbished nicely and comfortable, only disruptions were to wifi but i think that may be a country provider problem rather than the property itself.

some smell in bathroom but perhaps due to old plumbing in the city, not in control of proprietor.

overall room was nice and spacious, very nicely situated in the heart of the action. very presentable premises.

I stayed at Anoor Studios & Apartments in Gemmayze, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Beirut’s lively and artistic Gemmayze district, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The studio was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the space had everything I needed for both work and rest. What made the stay especially memorable was the warmth and kindness of the people—special thanks to Yazan and Sherbel, and to everyone working in the building. They were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made me feel like family. Whether you're visiting Beirut for work, leisure, or a bit of both, I highly recommend Anoor Studios. I’ll definitely be coming back.
