Friendly staff,every day cleaning service,spacious rooms

Cons:

View to the sea is not from all the rooms,city of Jounieh is not walkable and is very dirty(lots of garbage on streets,even next to hotel).Furniture in hotel rooms is covered with glass that is not attached to the furniture itself-hazzard for small kids and even for adults,if not carefully treated.

I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Jounieh.
Pros:

Great location overlooking the Sea. The staff was top notch. Always present, smiling, and willing to help. They even assisted us in ordering a food delivery since, as being tourists, we did not have the toters app.

Cons:

The pillows were hard. Really hard.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble

Cons:

Besoin de rafraîchissement dans la salle de bain (l’eau du lavabo et de la douche s’accumule), une pression d’eau forte a des moments et faibles a d’autres moments…des coupures de courant (resté coincé 2 fois dans le noir dans l’ascenseur pendant 2 minutes).
Des taxes en plus qui s’appliquent sur les règlements en CB…ne vaut pas 5 étoiles a un niveau européen mais plutôt 3…l’environnement est bordé de boites de nuit…
