Overall great value. Clean, conveniently locate close to the beach. Owners of the small hotel were resposive and welcoming to us as guest. We highly recommend it.

We truly enjoyed our stay with Maureen! The beach is gorgeous and location is close to nightlife, restaurants, shops. Room was great, private with a very comfortable bed. its 1 min walk to beach. Host was very responsive and helpful! Thank you Maureen!

The stay was lovely but the location was not what we initially thought before booking. If you want a quiet town with great beaches and a base to explore from, this property would be great.

Beautiful area, walk distance to the beach love the place.

Beautiful boutique like hotel. We were a block from the beach. Easy parking. The town of Isabella at night during the week has some activities and vendors. The town people are so friendly. We were minutes from Jobos beach, crashboat beach, Pozo de San Jacinto, tunnel of Guajataca. The hotel had beach chairs, coolers and other things that you could borrow to go to the beach. Definitely we are coming back.

Everything went just fine for us. We scheduled for the weekend because it was my wife’s birthday and really enjoyed our stay here from the 14/16 of March. Plenty of place to go, eat and a few steps away the beach. Had some trouble with the WiFi and informed our host and resolved the issue very quickly. Thanks Perch hotel for everything.

We had a fantastic stay! Great place for those looking for a quiet, quaint and laid back vibe. We will be coming back soon! We love Isabela!

The room was really nicely thought; out. A couple of recommendations i would make are light bulbs that change to a lower wattage at the nightstand as its too bright during the evening and if at all possible a light over the sink in the bathroom I was in. Overall, the stay was good. And no real complaints.

Enjoyable place close to the water.

We had suite 1 , two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Cute place ; comfy beds ; very clean . Well appointed kitchen . Loved the wrap around porch ! They offer beach chairs , beach towels and coolers. It is family owned and Hailey who is on site was quite helpful and had great local recommendations. Parking was easy and free . It’s about 10 minutes to Jobos and Monteroes beaches ; 30 minutes to crash boat beach. There is also a gorgeous beach in walking distance . The only reason I gave this four stars and not five is the large construction project right across the street , it’s noisy and an eye sore.
