Осталось очень неприятное впечатление от проживания в этой гостинице в Ташкенте. Заселение было поздним, потому что свободных номеров не оказалось вовремя, хотя у меня были забронированы два номера категории люкс. Я спокойно отнеслась к ситуации и уехала ждать, находясь в гостях у сестры в номере.
После заселения ко мне пришла гостья — моя сестра. Сотрудница по имени Арина потребовала дополнительную оплату за вход гостя. Я была удивлена, потому что до этого сама ожидала заселения у сестры в номере, и никаких вопросов тогда не возникало.
Из-за такого отношения я попросила оформить возврат и хотела уехать, но мне отказали. Я была очень уставшая, поэтому согласилась оплатить, но сразу сказала, что больше в эту сеть гостиниц не вернусь.
Позже вечером мы снова заходили в отель, и другой сотрудник не пускал нас в номер, пока я не предоставлю паспорт гостя. Я попросила хотя бы дать возможность подняться в номер и взять документы.
Честно, впервые столкнулась с таким отношением в гостинице уровня люкс. В итоге осталось ощущение, будто я проживала бесплатно и ещё осталась что-то должна. Очень неприятный опыт.
Местораположение, сам отель, чистота, сервис персонала.
Можно улучшить завтраки, дополнить их творогом и рыбой.
Также возле отеля идёт стройка и комфорт будет зависеть, куда а Вас будут выходить окна.
