К сожалению, пребывание в Ramada by Wyndham Tashkent оставило крайне негативное впечатление.
Мы прибыли в отель около 00:00, однако заселение заняло почти два часа, и номер был предоставлен только около 02:00 ночи. После долгой дороги такой уровень организации абсолютно неприемлем для гостиницы данного уровня. При этом со стороны сотрудников ресепшен не было ни извинений, ни попыток решить ситуацию более оперативно.
Дополнительно нас обязали оплатить около 500 000 сум за третьего гостя, при этом объяснения были даны в грубой и непрофессиональной форме. Общение сотрудников ресепшен оставило впечатление полного отсутствия клиентоориентированности и стандартов сервиса.
Сам номер также разочаровал: уборка была выполнена некачественно, в комнате было заметно грязно, а общее состояние номера не соответствовало ожиданиям от международного гостиничного бренда.
К сожалению, качество обслуживания, организация заселения и состояние номера оказались значительно ниже заявленного уровня. Не могу рекомендовать данный отель и надеюсь, что руководство обратит внимание на работу персонала и стандарты сервиса.

The hotel is in a quiet area, comfortable room, very clean, a couple high-end restaurants are in a walking distance, plenty of other eateries. A big thank you to the staff, they’re very professional, polite, helpful.
