Perfect!
Pros:

Requested early check in day before arrival because we would arrive by night train. Staff replied that if our room was available at the time of check in they would be happy to facilitate early check in. The next day we arrived at 08:30 at the reception, our room was available and we enjoyed early check in without extra cost. They even offered to use the breakfast buffet. Perfect hospitality!

Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I really liked this hotel. It was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious with a good variety of food.

Cons:

Honestly, I didn’t have any major problems during my stay.

Pros:

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping didn't know english but they were fast and good at their job. The hotel's restaurant was amazing. On the menu, there were lots of varieties and all of the food I tried in the restaurant was delicious, average price and they had satisfying portions.

Cons:

The shower drain wasn't draining the water fast enough.

Pros:

Остановились в отелеFriday old city , очень добродетельный персонал особенная благодарность Отабек и Абдугафур ,помогали и решали любые запросы моментально .
Очень вкусные завтраки ассортимент большой ,старались каждый день заменять блюдо . Ресторан находится на 7 этаже .
Номера большие .красивые и чистые .
Рекомендую всем данный отель .

Cons:

Волосы в душевой кабине. Главный минус. В остальном в номере чисто. Есть вода кофе. Как рекомендация. Поставить кулер на этажах

Очень хороший отель, прекрасный заботливый персонал

Красивый просторный номер, очень чисто и уютно.
Хорошая уборка в номерах
На кроватях дорогое белоснежное белье из премиального сатина, очень приятно на нем спать.
На окнах дополнительный слой блек-аут штор.
Невероятно отзывчивый и внимательный персонал, готовый прийти вам на помощь даже ночью. Очень милые и дружелюбные люди, начиная от ресепшн и заканчивая рестораном в отеле. Действительно очень заботятся о том, чтобы вам было максимально комфортно у них в отеле.
Вкусные завтраки (правда у нас не было шведского стола, т.к. не сезон и отель был почти пустой, когда мы приехали. Нам вечером предлагали выбрать блюда для завтрака и время, когда мы придём). Очень мило со стороны персонала было позвонить за 10 минут до завтрака и предупредить, что почти всё готово и нас ждут.
В ресторане очень вкусная пиде с сыром и медом, обязательно попробуйте!
Однозначно буду останавливаться еще!

Когда мы приехали, в номере было очень холодно. Но есть кондиционер, мы его включили на обогрев. Но всё равно первую ночь было прохладно. С утра мы сказали об этом на ресепшн и, когда мы вечером вернулись в номер, был включён тёплый пол и батареи. В номере стало очень тепло
