Pros:

Otelin otağı və səliqəsi yaxşı idi.

Cons:

Restoranda servis 0. Ofisiantlar çox təcrübəsizdir, boş-boş gəzirlər sadəcə. Yeməklərin də çoxu menyuda qeyd edilməsinə baxmayaraq yoxdur

Pros:

We really liked: the attitude of the staff, stylish desinged interior, there is all necessary equipment in the room, there is everything for the comfortable rest: SPA (maasage also was arranged), gym, table tennis, restaurant, small kids room. We could not avaluate the swimming pool as it was not a season for the open swimming pool.
Room for improvement: we would really appriciare more vegetarian choice in the menu and breakfast, some table games in the play room would be a good addition, a bath/small swimming pool/barrel would be great in SPA area, some information bucklets to understand where to go for a good walk and local sightseeing

Cons:

There are not parking. I parked my car outside. We need iron, they said we must pay additional. We were 4, but they proveded for 2. Breakfast was trouble. There were only 10-15 sorts of cheese. Staff couldn’t communicate professionally. We planned to sit restaurant and drink tea. They said you must order meal, or you can’t sit here. The price of one night was very high -340 AZN. But service was for 80-90 AZN. No one can explaine how they get 4 stars…

Pros:

it was terrible, looks like this is kind of fake post either hotel manager is cheating. No one in hotel speaks English, so how they have managed to be registered on Hotels.com??? they were unable to understand that booking has been paid already via Hotels.com. And they will receive payment only after certain period of time. So our family week end failed : we have travelled 300 KM and stay on the street

Bit disappointing but still one of the better hotels in the area.
Pros:

Modern style hotel with good size rooms and bathroom. Good onsite parking and security. Reception staff were pleasant and security man was very helpful and happy.

Cons:

Room did not smell fresh. Had a stale odour. Bed only had 1 thin sheet to cover so was too cold for sleeping. No extra blankets or sheets in the room and aircon / heating temperature was stuck so never changed even though manually adjusted temperature on controller. Did not stay for breakfast as when we went to the restaurant there was no food set out and no staff to serve or help. Was empty and kitchen staff saw us but avoided us. We waited several minutes then left rather than standing in an empty restuarant.

Pros:

Fantastic staff, responsiveness, helpfulness excellent. Close to the promenade. Rich breakfast.
I would definitely choose to stay there next time I go to Astara
