There is not enough parking for everyone. One bathroom vanity door cabinets was broken. Walls need patching in some areas.

The “lockbox” for key card pickup was not secure at all. every box was unlocked, room keys out for grabs. The parking situation is so bad, zero convenience. Walking to our door, it was cracked open which was terrifying being that was have a baby. There were only 2 outlets in the entire room, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable, the room looks nothing like the picture, and the A/C was terrible. Our door wouldn’t lock, nor did we have to use a key to get in because the door won’t latch properly. Light and heat would sweep through the cracks. There were holes in the walls and carpet, and dirty feet prints in our bathroom along with a broken window.

The lodge was u prepared for guest to use their rooms. Our room was filthy dirty, broken pieces of the door chipping off. Smells of musty odors in the mini fridge.

A/C barely worked, the room stayed in the 80's despite the A/C turned down to 61 and the fan barely working. Only one outlet worked in the whole room. Bed was super hard my hips hurt every night. The room is looks super old needs an update. The shower hot/cold water takes forever to adjust to the right temp. Stays super hot for awhile or super cold. After several mins trying to adjust hot and cold it finally works.

Old, dirty, not a place you would want to be in

Some lights in our room wasnt working but we didnt mind. Shower some parts get stain of molds.

Parking was minimal, spaces were small. I almost could not fit in one of the two spaces left when I arrived at 9:45p. I got an email from the hotel right after booking saying that sometimes they would run out of parking and guests would have to see their own street parking. That spooked me, but there were two spaces left when we got there. Also, the email that we recieved AFTER booking informed us that there is someone at the check in desk ONLY til 10 pm, and if we arrived after that, we would have to make alternative arrangements to check in and get our key. Luckily we arrived at 9:45. Wish I had known about the 1) minimal parking, 2) limited breakfast, and 3) 10 pm checkin deadline BEFORE BOOKING, not after.

The chair provided was broken.

Too expensive for a bare bones motel ( That said everything in Tahoe is expensive)

The sheets have some stains. There was a small 🕷️ spider in our bed.
