Excellent, beautiful, will go back again.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property and how clean and welcoming the room felt. It’s not far from places if you need to grab food or groceries. I liked my experience there overall and want to go back there again when I’m back in town

Cons:

The television was hard to find entertainment but I was able to find one channel that had what I liked so it’s okay.

Pros:

Never stayed as you guys said the reservation had to be confirmed. 2 emails and 3 texted and they never bothered to get back to me so I canceled the room.

Pros:

It was close enough to the venue of the concert since we knew we would be ubering.

Cons:

I called before 4pm and no one is there to answer. I ended up driving to the location to see if I could get an early check in… signs posted on the door says “no early check in before 4” and then # to call.
I booked a queen bed for 2 and was only provided 1 body towel, 2 hand towels, and 1 face towel.
No one in office to ask for extra towels.

Old, impersonal, not clean
Pros:

Location is convenient.

Cons:

The shower was impossible. It would alternate between very hot and very cold several times per minute, not matter how much we adjusted the knobs. There were long hairs on the towels, and throughout the room. The A/C was loud and ineffective. The check-in was impersonal and we did not feel welcome to raise our concerns with staff.
