The Property is a beautiful building & in the heart of the Zone. A free bus to the Train Station.

Pros:

Got to be one of the most beautiful motels I've skated in a long time the entryway alone is just simply stunning and gorgeous the rest of the hotel just as good. Highly recommend if you're in that town.

Pros:

Location was perfect, hotel was clean, staff was very agreeable and attentive from the parking gate to the reception, many options for breakfast. Definitely worth the visit. One thing I wish they had was a pool, especially with the weather and there was also a language barrier but we managed it.

A lovely hotel but a great shame that the staff could not speak English, they did however use Google translate.

This is limited to the Chinese market especially in terms of cuisine. The chef refused to make me an omelette despite having all the ingredients and facilities to do so.

I did persist and despite the staff laughing in my face and making me feel humiliated, I did eventually get an omelet made for me.

The hotel charged us more than the local taxi fare to take us to the train station. 140,000 Kip for a 5 minute journey

Comfortable with helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were helpful. Not much English was spoken by the staff, which was difficult. Hotel is centrally located so easy walking everywhere.
