In need of a little bathroom update.
Loved the heritage house, location in the historic area, nice room and sitting on the balcony watching the street below including the morning monks. The receptionist was helpful and offered to book airport transfers etc.
Breakfast was included at a riverside cafe which was in a great location but everything about the buffet was sadly awful so we had breakfast elsewhere as there were lots of nice options nearby.

Sweet little hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Second floor room is great with seating on shared balcony. Laundry done in a day and 50000 kip/kg (ish). Quiet location but can walk everywhere.
We went to the "included" breakfast around the corner once and that was enough. It's a cute restaurant on the river but the buffet is pretty sad, likely fine if you just want some toast and coffee.

Commence à faire fort viellot. (Latte du parquet cassée non réparée dans la chambre)
"Obligation" d'aller en chaussette à l'intérieur pour respecter le parquet.
Le soir, le garçon à la réception ne comprends pas l'anglais, ce qui n'est pas le cas en journée ou le garçon le comprend et est efficace
Petit déjeuner extérieur hyper basique.
Le petit déjeune se prends à 50 m de l'hotel dans un restaurant avec vue sur le Mekong. L'endroit est chouette.
Cependant il est très très basique, Café ok, croissant (bof bof bof), pain à toste , cake banane, oeuf plat et un fruit.
C'est le point faible par rapport à tous nos autre hébergements.
Si l'on veut du yaourt par exemple c'est en supplément.

Les chambres ont besoin d un gros coup de peinture et les salles de bain devraient étte refaites. Eau tiède à froide . Évitez absolument les chambres au rdc très bruyantes . Petit dej à 200m au bord du mekong mais bas de gamme. Personnel poli sans plus. Nous sommes partis ailleurs

I’m told by my Lao guide ownership recently changed to Vietnamese. They are strictly business but they don’t do it well. Cold welcome. Limited English. I wish them well but I won’t stay here again.

Chambre plutôt grande et toute boisée sols, murs et plafonds. Tres claire avec 3 fenêtres, qui avaient des volets, pour une fois
Propre et confortable
Au calme un peu a l'écart du centre commerçant et des berges du Mekong bruyantes. Les temples a visiter sont tous proches, idem pour les offrandes aux moines, ils passent devant l'hôtel
Petit déjeuner a 200m sur les berges justement, endroit agréable le matin
Pas de jardin contrairement a ce que laissent croire certains commentaires. Mais quand memes quelques tables et bancs a l'extérieur
Le petit déjeuner inclus est fait de produits bas de gamme. Un jour ça va, mais pour 4 jours c'était trop, surtout qu'il y a de super cafes français pas loin.
Le night market, les bars et les boutiques sont un peu loin pour faire plusieurs aller-retours par jour, c'est mieux avec un velo
Great staff and location
Nothing to dislike
Săptămâna petrecută la Ammata Boutique Villa a fost sincer minunată. Camera luminoasă, cu vedere la grădină și aer condiționat foarte puternic, ne-a asigurat confortul zi și noapte. Menajerele au fost extraordinare — prosoapele erau mereu curate, iar baia strălucea de curățenie. Personalul a fost foarte relaxat, ne-a întâmpinat în fiecare dimineață cu un delicios mic dejun tip bufet pe terasă. Locația este perfectă, la o scurtă plimbare de Mekong, liniștită, dar totuși accesibilă. Singurul mic neajuns — wifi-ul era cam instabil în orele de vârf. În afară de asta, această vilă este o adevărată afacere, având în vedere prețul și atmosfera.

A área ao redor do hotel é muito fresca e relaxante. Há um pequeno jardim com vegetação exuberante, criando uma sensação de proximidade com a natureza. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos.
Ndihesha i përkëdhelur nga stafi, i cili më ndihmoi të planifikoja udhëtimin tim me anije në lumë dhe solli peshqirë të ftohtë gjatë mëngjesit. Dhoma ime me dy krevate ishte e madhe, tavolina ime e vendosur mirë - në të vërtetë mund të bëja gjëra të ndryshme. E arritëm shumë mirë me hijen e kopshtit dhe zonën e uljes së kompletuar me çadra në pasditet e verës. E vetmja ankesë: dysheku po plakej pak dhe kërciste kur rrokullisesha. Një cilësi më e mirë gjumi do të ishte një tjetër bonus, me një përmirësim dysheku. Megjithatë, do të qëndroja përsëri këtu menjëherë për shërbimin miqësor, pastërtinë dhe vendndodhjen e pakrahasueshme pranë tempujve më të mirë të Luang Prabang.
