Hôtel, sympa, bon emplacement

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très déçu, il était assez maigre. De plus, les fils électriques pendent dans la douche et c’est inacceptable pour une pièce d’eau. Nous sommes au Laos. Nous nous attendons pas à des standards d’hôtel comme en Europe ou aux États-Unis mais il y a un minimum de sécurité à respecter selon nous.

Terrible experience.
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The hotel is not well cleaned, the walls are not clean, which made me sick. You can take a look of my photos.

There are occasional noise in the night, which made me hard to fall asleep.

The room I booked was garden view, but the “garden view” is just a wall 10 inches to the windows.

The internet never works.

The hotel cooperates with an under-qualified motorcycle renter, who gives us problematic bikes. The bike breaks down on the road, which is super DANGEROUS for us, also wasted us a lot of time, and in the end, we have to PAY for the malfunction! This is insane!

I rented motorcycles through hotels quite often during my trip in other places in Southeast Asia, each time the experience was pleasant. This hotel is disappointing for this matter.

Pros:

Great location. Nice pool. Hanna was so helpful. My hot air balloon ride was canceled. Booked a paramotor for sunrise and it was incredible. Would do it again in a second. Kayak/cave/lagoon half day was nice too.

Nice comfy stay
Pros:

Great location. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff were very helpful in booking and advising what to do.

Cons:

Was loud at night on the first night we stayed as there were loud drunk people shouting in the corridor. Second night was really quiet however.
