Pros:

Excellent emplacement au bord du Mékong.
Le gérant de l’hôtel est disponible et arrangeant.
Les chambres sont simples mais grandes et les lits sont confortables
Le petit déjeuner est bien complet, dans un restaurant au bord du fleuve.

Very basic but nice location.
Pros:

The location was nice right on the river.

Cons:

The breakfast was outsourced to a nearby cafe/restaurant which was only average - very limited choices. The cleaning staff did not make the bed or change the sheets at all and we were there 4 nights. We had to ask for more toilet paper.

Baustellen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses, dadurch ist der Balkon de facto nucht nutzbar gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist extrem hellhörig, ohne Ohrstöpsel geht nichts. Das Frühstück wird in einem Restaurant 5 min entfernt angeboten und ist sehr einfach gehalten.
Für dad Gebotene ist fie Unterkunft viel zu teuer.

Tágas szoba, jó helyen
Pros:

Szuper helyen van, közel a Mekonghoz, bár a mi szobánkat tartalmazó épület nem a recepcióval egy épületben (amely épület nagyon hangulatos), hanem egy házsorral beljebb volt és a bekötőutca másik oldalán. A szoba nagyon tágas, rengeteg ablaka van (nincs folyóra nyíló kilátása) és kényelmes, hatalmas ágy van benne. A fürdőszobában kád, ami nagyon ritka Laoszban. Buszjegyet foglaltak nekünk rendes áron másnap reggelre. A svédasztalos reggeli pár percre, egy Mekong-parti, kilátással rendelkező étteremben van, bár sétálni kellett odáig, nagyon élveztük a helyet.

Cons:

Nem tájékoztattak minket arról, hogy máshol van a reggeli, így a recepciónál vártunk sokáig, ott pedig nem volt senki reggel.

Large room with a convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location, very helpful staff, large family room. Good for a quick two night stay.

Cons:

A basic room considering the price (similar to the one stars we stayed at in other cities in Laos for significantly cheaper). I liked sitting on the balcony but just know there is a road right below you and trees obstruct some of the river view. And you get the noise and music from the river boats. Poor breakfast.

Pros:

The location is great, right close to the centre, with restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. The host is very friendly and helpful. Laundry service is perfect. The luxury triple room is great. We had some issues with the rooms on ground floor.

Cons:

There is construction right next door, probably just bad luck with timing. There is a sewage line right next to the villa, which gives unpleasant smell in our room on the ground floor. There is leaking from the bathtub in another room that makes the floor wet.

Sook the lone staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Relaxing, pleasant stay along the river
Pros:

10/10 service from Manager Souk who helped us with booking tours and reliable transport and went out of his way to help when we left something in our room. We loved our room with a balcony facing the Mekong. Excellent location. Included breakfast (very basic) is served at a nice Riverside eatery a short walk from hotel.

Pros:

The reception was nice n helpful. The location is good close to the center n peaceful. Hot water in the shower n good air-conditioner.

Cons:

A lot of offer services was cheeper in other places. Breakfast wasn't good.
Deeply recommend to replace the service guy of motorbikes.
He gave us bad repetition on the hotel, on Luang Prabang n on Laos.
The reception guy was nice n trying to help us but it was very horrible situation aginst unfair n unrealistic man of the motorbike service which tried to take advantage of new in Lao tourists.

Amazing Stay near the Mekong river
Pros:

Located on the riverbank. Room and washroom are very spacious. Room has all necessary amenities. The manager, Mr. Souk, is an amazing guy. He helped me with early check in and provided all information I needed. I stayed one night and wanted to stay for another night but they are fully booked due to high season. Would highly recommend this property, especially if u book early and manage to get a river view room on the top floor
