We would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Very kind and professional service, easy and relaxed check-in, excellent room. We were especially pleased with the breakfast buffet and service.

Pros:

Понравилось месторасположение, тихий, зеленый, спокойный район, хоть и трасса рядом, это никак не мешает. Выходишь с отеля и сразу автобусная остановка, минут 10 пешком и метро, что удобно добираться до центра. В номере представлены все удобства для проживания. Спасибо сотрудникам на ресепшене, старались сделать наше проживание комфортным

Cons:

Не понравилась уборка. Пол был все время грязный за все дни проживания, при уборке именно пол не убирали

Good Location
Pros:

Location was good - easy bus and MRT access
Clean rooms and the staff was very helpful

Cons:

Hotel rooms were so tiny for the cost paid
The staff didn't left me take a sachet of black tea back to my room from breakfast - that was odd.

On artertial road with great transport options yet quiet & in green nature.
Pros:

Buffett Breakfast was much better price than any other meal / breakfast options near by. Pool on roof was so clean and refreshing

Cons:

We clearly stated on booking.com that we were 2 adults, and 1x 9 year old son. We paid for 3 people. When we arrived at 2am from airport we were shown a room with 2 single beds. So it was a very uncomfortable squeeze - felt pretty unfair and frustrating after long flight being exhausted - middle of the night - paying for 3 beds and getting 2.

Perfect stay, great staff
Pros:

We were upgraded to a balcony room, and the staff were super helpful and allowed us to check in early! The lobby is bustling til the early hours and everywhere was clean and fresh! Loved it!

Pros:

Very pleasant check-in experience - staff was friendly, smiling, kind and provided sufficient information. There was some water & lemongrass drink at entrance which added a nice touch of 'welcome'.
Room gave a cosy feel and all drainage (shower & sink) worked fine.
