הדירה מאוד קטנה, המזגן לא עבד כזה טוב, המקלחת לא הייתה נוחה לתפעול

Il divano letto era rotto e sfondato. Mio figlio ha dormito su un materasso a terra. C'erano le cialde e una macchina del caffè Nespresso che non funzionava.

A sweeping brush or hoover would of made a big difference as my 3yr can't help but drop crumbs!! to which I ended up on my hands and knees cleaning with kitchen roll and baby wipes! Everything else was great 👍

الشقه جدا نظيفه لكن قديمه وتحتاج لإضافات مثل غساله صحون، ثلاجه اكبر حجم، تغيير الصوفا لان الاسفنج فيها منتهي تماما، احنا سكنه في الطابق الاول بغرفتين و حمام و بلكونه واسعه وطبعا ما فيها لفت ، المكيف متنقل وفقط في غرف النوم لكن بارد .
The apartment need some upgrades like new sofa, adding dishwasher, bigger fridge.

Small Room

Noise from the street through old leaky windows, from the refrigerator and from the neighbors with creaking parquet floors. Those who are light sleepers will not sleep well. The sofa bed was unusable for sleeping, we had a mattress on the floor. Smell in the hallway from the restaurant. We chose the accommodation out of necessity, but it was not worth the price.

You can feel the springs through the settee, very uncomfortable. Although clean and pleasant this property does require some refurbishment, re paint touch up. Sheet had holes in it on one of the beds. We did have to contact the Manager as the fan wasn't working. He was very pleasant and we found 2 air con units in the cupboard. One leaked all over the floor, one had a pipe that had been ripped. The other unit in the second bedroom didn't work and only pumped out heat.

Everything. Absolutely rubbish property. We checked out within 12 hours of our entry. The property owner completely misrepresented to booking.com (who is now acting irresponsible) and to us because there was no AC and dishwasher despite mentioning on booking.com (apparently booking.com doesn’t verify any apartment before confirming the booking). I have sent atleast 10 emails containing proof but booking.com accepts no responsibility for the refund. We had to book marriot overnight (i have proof) and even then booking.com acts indifferent and inhuman to customer’s grievances who are travelling with a 10 year old and a 65y old mother. My emails are not responded to. Unfortunately the call centre in philippines is only apologectic, without any actual refunds to us. No management is interested in grievance redressal. Failure of booking.com.

The TV was connected to a makeshift antenna, which did not work even though the manager tried hard.
Equipment was scarce and the drawers were falling apart.
The fittings in the bathroom were old and leaking.

Minor damages around the property (kitchen floor etc) but nothing major

The bed in the kitchen was horrible, couldn’t sleep whole night with my girlfriend, my back still hurts, something is definitely wrong with it. Water in the toilet leaking and doesn’t get full sometimes.
