Check-in was horrendous. I had a few hours at that location and spent over half an hour trying to check in.

Good option for an overnight stay and plenty of options for food and drinks around the location.
The location is superb. If you're wanting to eat breakfast at the Maxwell Centre, it's the place to stay.
The sheets were clean, but the bathroom was small, moldy and dirty!
The room is actually half a room because your bed is 20cms off the ground, with the ceiling at around 140cm off the ground. The hallway was the full 2.7m. So you had to crawl into bed.
There was no facilities really, not even slippers for the dirty ground.
We were in Singapore for a single night to break up a long haul flight from Europe to Australia, so a goood night’s sleep was essential, as well as a quick exploration of Singapore before getting some shut-eye. Very secure, close to China Town, very comfortable. I will come again!
Check in was the only challenge as the use of the app for pre-check-in was difficult to understand. This is counterbalanced by the excellent help from staff, which despite being via chat on the app was fast, friendly and effective in dealing with those issues. Another point for non-residents is that booking a taxi without a local number appears to be impossible. As this hotel is not near Changi Airport, if you have a plane to catch you need to call a taxi company for immediate pickup rather than booking ahead. (You could also try the train system, which we didn’t because we were there for so little time and didn’t want to risk missing our onward flight).

Need to climb up raised up bed. Aircon cannot adjust
Small but convenient room. Perfect for a quick stop over. Room had its own toilet and shower that had good pressure.
Check in was easy using the app.
Building also has a shared kitchen which made in convenient.
