Pros:

Fint og enkelt rom. Virket rent og fint, ingen tegn til fukt. Kontaktet hotellet på forhånd og fikk ordnet flyplasstransport til hotellet, samme tilbake. Fikk oppbevare bagasje i resepsjonen før vi reiste til flyplassen. Var og tilgang til do og dusj i resepsjonen som var supert for oss som hadde noen timer mellom utsjekk og fly.

Cons:

Siden dusjen er rett med doen blir hele badet vått når man dusjer. Var og noen maur på gulvet.

Cons:

Rue bruyante de 20h à 22h mais difficile d'avoir à la fois le centre ville, la vue sur le Mékong sans bruit.

Great place, and my new go-to hotel for this area of Bangkok.
Pros:

Great breakfast, and a wonderfull breakfast area by the canal. Location is also very good, close th the river for the ferries, and near both KSR and the much more relaxed Samsen area. Great pool with a bar to get some excellent cocktails.

Cons:

Not a lot to dislike, but a few small seats on the balcony would have been nice.

Lovely stay in Luang Prabang
Pros:

Fantstic location of the hotel with view of the Mekong river from the balcony. It is walking distance to all the popular sights of Luang Prabang including the riverside park. The room is clean and comfortable. Coffee is available 24/7 and staff are friendly even though they speak no english. They communicate promptly using translation app and even helped me book the minivan back to train station.

Pros:

We liked the location just by the river - try the Mademoiselle coffee in the morning, highly recommend! The in house staff was also lovely and helpful and room was comfortable, just not clean.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean (sheets or bathroom), toilet flush wouldn’t work. The main issue we had is that the online staff doesn’t communicate with the in house staff, so they booked a van for us twice, and forced us on an online double charge for it and blamed us (which I’m sure isn’t legal). Not the best experience.

A localização era muito boa e o quarto era razoável.

Cons:

Quando chegamos na hospedagem, não havia funcionário para nos receber no check in. Era umas 21h e estávamos cansados. Um dos hóspedes, após 30-40 minutos da nossa espera, nos ajudou a localizar um funcionário que estava num bar na frente do hotel. Esse funcionário apareceu completamente bêbado e apenas nos deu a chave e mais nenhuma informação. Não falava nada com nada e apenas murmurava de bêbado. Quase nunca tinha funcionário na recepção para tirar dúvida e fornecer dicas. Um dia o mesmo funcionário bêbado estava dormindo na recepção, talvez de ressaca.

It served it's purpose
Pros:

It was in a convenient location near the river. Staff was nice. The bathroom is spacious and the hot water is good. The room is spacious and the bed was large and firm. View from porch is sweet. They provide two small water bottles.

Cons:

Room's floor was dirty - it's apparent guests do not follow the rules of not wearing shoes inside. Noisy outside from restaurants until 10 or 11pm, but not while sleeping. Can smell smoke that comes in from other people's balconies. Hot tea and coffee were unavailable throughout the entire day (only found cold coffee in the afternoon in a water kettle with grounds in it). Daily room service was not provided as stated in Booking's facilities. The staff were seldom at the desk, so I booked my transportation with local agencies. I preferred another place I stayed in town that was farther back from the main tourist street and provided breakfast and room service. The fridge turns off with the electricity when you leave the room so it doesn't keep items cold. The A/C and fan were loud, and it was difficult to get the A/C to stay on. It served it's purpose as a place to sleep but it didn't meet my expectations for the price.
