Great hotel, in a wonderful location in pristine rain forest. And the zip line experience (8 of them) was awesome
Cabin was exceptionally clean, beautiful view from the windows into the rainforest. Enjoyed two canopy walks -- wonderful immersion into the Laotian rainforest!

Everything was great
Beautiful room set up with picture windows to enjoy the view of the jungle. Treetop canopy walk was great, and next time I’ll try the zipline. Right next door to a wildlife sanctuary (LCTW) which is definitely worth a visit.

For the price of a five-star hotel, you will get very poor services. The pool is dirty and does not make you want to swim there. The hotel territory is huge but looks unkempt and sad. The hotel is located in a very isolated place. There is no hot water in the shower (!), the safe does not work, the sink was leaking, the bed linen and towels looked worn out and not fresh. Breakfast is at the level of a cheap hostel, this is unacceptable for such a price. There is no desire to come back a second time

The hotel is a real hidden treasure... if you want to get away from it all and immerse yourself in nature. The room with the glass windows directly in the forest was exceptional. Large comfortable bed, big bathroom with hot water, bathrobes, toiletries.
The restaurant served great food - especially the local selection. The setting in the forest again was lovely.
The pool on the riverside was unreal and something I only knew about after I'd checked in. Perfect tranquil setting for a good swim and relax.
There are a huge number of activities offered to explore the forest. The canopy walk was pleasant. Unfortunately due to dry season the waterfall was not flowing.
Breakfast on my second morning was al la carte and not buffet and the choice of 4 things was not great.
The pool next to the restaurant needed to be a lot cleaner if I was to get in.
Off the beaten tracks, this place is outstanding. Designers of the resort were forward thinking, coupled with a staff that will go the extra mile to endure your experience is unforgettable.

Nice and quiet for relaxation
A wonderful place to stay in if you love peace and quiet , the staff are very accommodating and welcome which was great. They give a great selection when it comes to the breakfast buffet , and the room is absolutely stunning. But I did have a few concerns ,Website should notify us about waterfalls only during rainy season. ATV route was rounding like a little kids playground, not adventurous at all. Other than that , everything else is great.
Fantastic location to discover forest and stay inside it (rooms inside trees are unique). Breakfast amazing. Walk on the skywalks wonderful.
Maybe a little bit “turistic” not so true (for instance little cars running in the jungle such as an adventure park) but this is a personal opinion.
Difficult to get there: only by car (we took a driver)
