Very nice, super friendly
Pros:

Staff is extremly friendly, the rooms are awsome! Clean and not smelly at all which is not very common for Laos.
I had a problem with my credit card beeing swallowed by the ATM and they helped me, did some calls and could find a solution!

The included breakfast was not so good. It was very basic.

Sleeping staff
Pros:

The staff at the reception and restaurant are more interested in programs on television than in the customers. English is not so good. The rooms are clean and big but I would not recommend this hotel.

Bathroom stank of raw sewerage
Pros:

I rented 5 rooms for my customers. None of the doors closed or locked securely. The bathroom in my room stank of raw sewerage. A transsexual staff member offered herself to one of my guests. Location is far from everything. I recommend staying elsewhere.
