Well-located, newly renovated, charming hotel
Pros:

Incredible location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Room looked newly renovated with new floors and modern bath. Plenty of amenities like robes, slippers and toiletries.

Cons:

Although breakfast was included and free, I would've like to have had a wider variety especially healthy options like fruit. Needed more space in the bathroom for counter space. And the towels were a little worn out.

BEWARE OF AIR CON UNITS
Pros:

This hotel looked beautiful and to be fair on arrival we were happy although the room was very small. The air conditioning unit made some very loud noises every couple of seconds, I called the man on front desk who said all the units in this hotel made this noise. It was so loud we would not be able to sleep so we asked if we could have a refund. He called his manager and said we needed to email Hotels.com for a refund which we have still never received!!!

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and a great location.

Cons:

Stronger coffee and more fruit at breakfast:)

Pros:

Excellent location 50 metres from main strip and 3 minutes from Mekong River bank. Renovated French Colonial structure with clean spacious rooms, some with balconies or patios. Staff very helpful, especially the manager, Noy, who always makes a sincere effort to please guests.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang!
Pros:

Perfect location, comfy bed, lovely decor, nice breakfast

Cons:

Room was relatively small
no elevator so it's a bit difficult for elderly to climb up the stairs
