Pros:

Belle découverte que cet hôtel du centre ville de Vang-Vieng. Idéalement située en centre ville (la ville n'est pas très grande) elle permet, c'est selon vos envies, de louer tout ce qui vous permettra de vous déplacer, notamment en direction des grottes-piscines et autres lagons bleus délicats, comme les yeux de votre bien-aimé(e). Le personnel est au top, et se chargera de vous acheter vos billets de train, ainsi que de vous amener à la gare. L'hôtel , bien entretenu
dispose de belle chambre, spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le soir, si la faim vous tenaille, pas de souci, il ne manque pas de restaurants aux alentours. J'ajoute que de nombreuses activités sont proposées, notamment des vols en montgolfière. Pour moi, c'est 10 sur 10. Sans hésitation.

Cons:

La piscine au même niveau que le parking, c'est pas l'endroit rêvé.

Pros:

Good location, off the main street so quiet but still close to everything.
Staff really friendly and helpful with organising private tours and a private car to the train station.
Rooms are spacious and clean, plenty of bottle of water and good sized clean bathroom.
Buffet breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Very limited vegan/vegetarian options for the buffet breakfast, if there was more options it would make the whole experience fantastic.

Whilst being checked in staff more interested in offering for sale nearby attraction tickets, since booking have received several WhatsApp messages allegedly coming from hotel asking that I confirm the booking, when mentioned to staff they said they were aware of the issue, whilst at the property my email account was frozen by my provider due to suspicious activity, connected to the false WhatsApp messages or just coincidence?,,, behaviour of Chinese guests walking thro front of lobby soaking wet after getting out of the pool leaving floors, and the ONE lift soaking wet

L'emplacement n'est pas trop mal

Cons:

Les personnes y travaillant plutôt souriante mais après c'est l'enfer côté bruit, ils reçoivent des groupes de personnes irrespectueux, du bruit jusqu'à pas d'heure, karaoké, cris, déménagement de meubles l'enfer.
Et le petit déjeuner dans un bruit insupportable.
On a fait 2 nuits sur place et pareil les 2 nuits
