Happy with this location while we visited LP to be close to the Old Town center
Pros:

Amazing location right in the heart of old town. On an alley that hosted part of the morning market. We had a family room in the back on the upper floor and it was very quiet. Double bed was pretty comfortable but the single beds were pretty firm.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t bad but pretty inconsistent. Some days the eggs were cooked well and the fruit was fresh, other days not so much.

Zatrzymajcie się u Toma a poczujecie się jak u najlepszego przyjaciela !
Pros:

Hotel wybierany jak zwykle według kryteriów jakość/cena i spełnił oczekiwania. Właściciel Tom i jego małżonka to wymarzeni idealni gospodarze. Usłużni we wszystkim - od transferu, noszenia walizek po pomoc w organizacji wycieczek i wyboru restauracji na wieczór (jedna z lepszych kolacji - w ulicznej rodzinnej restauracji, dwie zupy, cztery dania główne i cztery piwa za 10 USD). Śniadania pod europejczyka - naprawdę dobre.

Cons:

Trzeba wiedzieć wcześniej i zaakceptować, że centralne położenie hotelu wiąże się z porannym ryneczkiem pod płotem i wieczornym nocnym rynkiem na głównej ulicy więc walizki parę przecznic na kółkach - samochód nie podjedzie.

Locatie geweldig, vriendelijke manager, rustige ligging, mooie ruime kamers. Kleinschalig hotel (10 kamers), ontbijt eenvoudig maar prima.
Alles is op loopafstand, zonder dat je last hebt van lawaai..

Cons:

We hebben de manager gevraagd voor ons een vroege middag trein naar VangVieng te boeken, dit zou geen enkel probleem zijn.
Uiteindelijk werd er zonder overleg een avond trein geboekt, waardoor de rest van ons programma in de war raakte.
Andere trein boeken kon niet meer.
Een kamer langer aanhouden was niet mogelijk zonder behoorlijke bijbetaling.
Uiteindelijk hebben we met een korting een kamer langer kunnen aanhouden.
Als de manager eerder had aangegeven dat de trein lastig zou worden, hadden we dit in eigen hand kunnen nemen.
Hou dus rekening met trein boeken, dat je dat beter zelf kan doen..

Maar buiten dit irritatiepunt, beviel het hotel prima en ondanks het gedoe met de trein, was de manager vriendelijk.

Расположение-СУПЕР! Все Достопримечательности рядом! Прекрасный отзывчивый персонал, тишина, много зелени! Чистота на территории и внутри номера.

Cons:

Очень жесткие подушки. Завтрак мог бы быть чуть разнообразней.

In the heart of the action
Pros:

This hotel is right in the heart of the action. The small street the hotel is on, has a market each morning with interesting produce. And its only a short walk to the main street where the Night Market is set up. Its a great location for walking everywhere. The rooms are also huge! Mr Tom- the manager is a lovely man and very helpful!

Cons:

The price was quite expensive because of the time of year. This hotel is a great deal when are are travelling off peak.
