This is a dope place.
Pros:

It's kind of a motel, so I was expecting the standard motel experience, damn was I wrong. The room was beautiful and modern. Completely blew me away, I stayed at the 5 star Fairmont Royal York last weak, and this Motel was 10 times better than it.

Coffee bar right outside the door, plus a great view of the sea when you look outside, parking right at the door to your room? Could it get any better? I think not.

Cons:

Nothing, was a dope hotel.

We really enjoyed how quiet it was and how modern and comfortable the units are. Great location.
Pros:

I liked how cute it was, that it had a kitchenette and laundry close by. I like that it had a place to sit in the sun outside. I liked the coffee stand. I liked that I could shop at two different gift shops between the two properties. You have a view of water, but no access, but the beaches are a close drive. We did not bring a dog, but a great place for them to go on leash. The property is very well maintained and super cute how they furnished and styled it.

Cons:

It was clean until I went in the bathroom. I saw that the floor had not been mopped around the toilet and behind the door, or the baseboards were not dusted. There was other people's hair in these locations and in the shower. Having a rain shower looks cool, but not practical with kids or trying to clean sandy feet. A detachable shower head would be better, even for cleaning.

A clean and comfortable and fairly modern place to stay.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and quiet. The mattress was very comfortable. The furnishings were modern. The facilities were easy to get in and out of. Big screen TV worked well. Mini kitchen was decent. Super friendly staff. The boutique and coffee stand out front were nice touches. The AC worked very well. It is in a scenic location near tidal flats (and is great for sunrises).

Cons:

Lack of storage in room and shower. Hot water takes a long time to heat up due to distance from water heater. The sink in the bathroom was too small.

Pros:

Didn't get to stay. Room was dirty and a lot of broken things.

Cons:

Sheets were dirty, door handles loose, bathroom door wouldnt shut. They did upgrade us, but the sheets in that room were also dirty so she gave us a refund.

Safe, cute--boutique like with Ikea decor, nice shower and roomy, great night to myself.
Pros:

I love check in with contactless--code-- and they text me if I can check in early. I love that! They also respond quickly to any texts.

Cons:

I can't think of anything at this time. I have stayed here 3 times at least now.
