Résidence Paris FREMIET

We arrived on the property for a 3 night stay only to find out it was being remodeled. We did get a refund but it was disappointing.

We had a terrible experience at this property! There is no concierge, no communication about how to enter the property. We struggled for more than an hour before some kind souls decided to help us. The property also is in need of complete renovation. The location was the only saving grace, just 10 mins walkable distance from Eiffel Tower.

Excellent location.
Need to clean the sofa, need to provide more furniture.

Although the property is close to the Eiffel Tower, the communication was not clear how to access to our room. They require security deposit and it was sent few days before our trip date, our plan was to pay when we got there. But came to find out, their office is in different location. We were having issues connecting with front desk. I wish, they would have mentioned that upfront and it was a code and lock box to access to our room. Room was very basic, sofa bed was old and didn’t look like sheets were changed. Would not stay there again.

Great place to stay in a pretty neighborhood.

The area was lovely - so close to the Eiffel Tower, lots of local restaurants and a really pretty street. The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was easy to get in and communication was excellent.

Only two small negatives: The shower drained pretty badly and it would have been useful to have tables/nightstands by the bed. Also electric sockets by the bed. Otherwise it was ideal. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice location, safe, convenient store near by , metro stop close. Apartment interior terrible! Bed uncomfortable, The bed mattress sank in the middle, terrible for sleeping, I could never rest after those long walks in Paris.
The shower, after a shower, seemed like a pool, water everywhere, and a terrible cigarette smell in the toilet. There's no place to hang towels.

The property and room was excellent. We liked the location and how quiet it was. The room was spacious, clean and tidied. Management could have told me that the Nuki pad to entee the room wasn't working. I had to call to get a different instruction to access the room.

poor communication regarding access codes to enter building. the telephone number prompts did not work, the electric access code mechanism was malfunctioning and we lived in fear of being locked out (we rigged a temporary solution) and the bathroom ceiling leaking in the rain. But, location was very close to the metro and the window above the toilet had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. So, not the worst.

Very Disappointed with this "Prison cell " like apartment. The communication of this place is not quick or helpful. There are outlets that don't work , The shower leaks, the bathtub is cracked. They were not ready with the correct access code upon arrival and did not have the place clean and available even tho I paid for early check in. Communication from their office was also not received when I messaged on What's App. Just disappointing because its in such an iconic and beautiful area.

Very bad communication with the owners. We got locked out of our accommodation in the middle of the night because the code lock on the door stopped working. We had no number or direct person we could contact in this emergency. Also the check in and check out was very odd.

It was exactly what we wanted. It had a small kitchenette with utensils for making breakfast. Bathroom was big, clean, good strong water flow. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for two. The pullout bed was good as well. Access to the flat was simple.

There was no extra toilet paper after we ran out and had to pay with our own money no extra shower towels and our safe was broken
Not enough pillows and quality of pillows was very cheap
Also no WiFi directions in unit and when calling customer service to ask for the WiFi password, the guy was annoyed that I couldn’t access the website.

The place was really good, clean and safe. All amenities worked and look to be new. Internet was good most of the time but would drop out here and there. Walking distance to eifel tower and numerous grocery stores. Overall excellent experience. When you arrive, please note that there is no counter. To get your code to get in, you have to click on a link that they email you as you have to pay the security deposit. This deposit was mentioned when i booked. If you didnt get an email, call them directly and they will send it directly to you. They were very friendly and patient.

Très mauvaise communication. Nous avons pris la réservation le matin et n’avons reçu aucun mail d’instruction.
Il devait avoir une personne au front desk mais finalement tout devait se faire en ligne. Au téléphone le responsable n’était pas toujours disponible. Le système de code par porte ne fonctionnait pas la première journée.
Quand nous sommes arrivés, la propreté laissait à désiré. Il y avait des cernes du les côtés du bain et les planchers n’avaient clairement pas été nettoyé (résidu de gouttes près de la cuvette)
L’appartement est beau et très bien situé. Cependant si vous aimez les trucs simple et sans acros je ne vous le recommande pas

There was never a customer service representative at the hotel. We never got clean towels. Our room was never cleaned. We had dirty sheets from the very beginning. I was very disappointed in the communication process.

At a really great location, literally a block from the train, and two blocks from the Eiffel tower. We walked everywhere from there!

Loved the location to the historical site and museums.

Apartment had a moldy smell on entrance. Windows had to be left open in the cold night to reduce the effects of mold. Bathroom sink was not draining properly.
Appliances should have instructions for usage.
