Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

In the very heart of Little India, yet quiet at night. The room is tiny, but compact, contemporary and comfortable. All the mod cons. Shower is fine. Price is the best in Singapore. Great for a few nights.

Cons:

Bit disconcerting not having any welcoming staff - booking in happens remotely. Didn’t have any problems though. My key card didn’t work one evening, but it was early enough to be attended to.
It’s a bit strange (and a bit cheap and quite inconvenient) providing a kettle but no coffee/tea. Add a $ or 2 to your fee and provide the minimum, please. Or at least make up a little package of tea/coffee/sugar/creamer and add it to the dispenser in the lobby (not 3-in-1 🥴)

Pros:

It's proximity to metro and south Indian restaurants.

Cons:

Nobody in reception. The lady managed everything remotely. For us it was difficult to find taxi as we did not use grabs. Besides we expected tips and advices for planning visits and that was missing.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Stay Away!

This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty from the start, there was no housekeeping or cleaning service provided during my entire stay, and the staff were tough and unhelpful. The whole area around the hotel is filthy and not suitable for a proper stay in Singapore.

The absolute disaster was finding a mouse inside the room, can you believe that? Completely unacceptable! I even took a picture because it was shocking to see such conditions in a hotel.

If you are thinking of booking this place, please run away and look elsewhere. This was a nightmare stay, dirty rooms, terrible staff, no service, and unsafe conditions. The worst hotel I have ever seen!

NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY…. WORST

Took a twin bed… We had a stay for 5 days.. even though the room cleaning switch was turned on… The room was not cleaned… bed spread was not changed… washroom & bin was not cleaned. Room bin was not cleaned. We kept room bin outside room service lady staff she said smell coming… so can we keep in room & stay with that…

Who the hell will clean the room ???

Too much off automations is der but proper response or service is not there..

Not recommend to all!!!!


Indians ever never visit this place!!!!

Worst room service & the room service lady is rude even though she is an Indian.
