We really loved our stay at Kinn Studios.
Warm and friendly staff. Great building in a fantastic neighbourhood full of excellent restaurants. Close to three different Subway stations which offered quick access to almost anywhere in town.
Our room (the largest on offer, with lots of natural light) was very well equipped, not huge, but modern and with lots of space to store our stuff. It was cleaned meticulously every day. We thought that by Singapore standards it offered very good value for money.
Noise from the street was not an issue for us, the windows were well-insulated and it got quiet not too late at night, considering the lively neighbourhood.
Not the hotel's fault, but some of the other guests were very inconsiderate, talking loudly when they came home in the small hours of the morning.
A minor inconvenience was the fact that you needed to log into the Wifi again whenever you had left the hotel or turned off your device.
La stanza era molto piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Servizio reception ottimo.
Doccia senza tenda né vetri quindi si allagava tutto il bagno.

La camera è piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort. Super pulita e accogliente.
Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e si è anche occupato dei nostri bagagli prima della partenza.
La struttura inoltre si trova in una posizione comodissima per spostarsi e a pochi minuti dalla metro.

Wir haben ein „Superior“ Zimmer gebucht und haben nach der Buchungsbestätigung erfahren, dass es ein Zimmer ohne Fenster ist. Das „Zimmer“ war eher eine ausgebaute Abstellkammer. Dennoch sauber und gut ausgestattet.
This was an excellent location close to the metro and Chinatown. There were plenty of great places to eat nearby and only a 15 minute walk to the river and bay.
El alojamiento tiene una muy buena ubicación, con muchos restaurantes y calles principales cerca. En general, todo estaba muy limpio.
La segunda noche nos despertamos sobre las 6:00 a. m. debido a un olor muy fuerte y desagradable que entraba en la habitación. No sabría decir exactamente de qué era, pero era tan intenso que incluso parecía un olor tóxico. Salí al pasillo para comprobar si el problema era únicamente de nuestra habitación y también olía fuera, aunque en recepción no se percibía.
Se lo comenté al recepcionista y me dijo que era algo normal porque había un restaurante cerca y que se trataba de olor a comida. Entiendo que pueda ocurrir ocasionalmente, pero si es algo habitual, no me parece agradable despertarse con ese olor, especialmente a primera hora de la mañana.
雖然無窗，但沒有悶濕的味道，天花板上也會透進自然光，空間不會很侷促。雖然廁所不是乾濕分離，但除濕速度蠻快，大概2小時左右地就乾了。附近有許多地方可以走走逛逛，整體住宿經驗不錯。
隱約聽得到隔壁電視和對話聲。
