Checking in without a human being was a huge hassle. Ruins the checking in experience.
Pros:

Lift access on every floor. Quiet, clean and even rooms were small but comfortable.

Cons:

Checking in was a huge hassle. Having to download their app which failed a few times. Saving grace was their WA customer service that helped with the registration and gave me access to my room without the use of their very useless app.
