Perfect hotel op een iets wat mindere locatie
Pros:

Leuk hotel, mooie kamers, above average 'hotel gym', stevig ontbijt en een lekker hotel restaurant aanwezig! Grote parking aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Locatie: beetje in de 'mindere wijken' van Kaapstad. Ongeveer 30' wandelen naar de betere plaatsen, weliswaar via ongemakkelijke wegen.

It was a pleasant stay but staff and service and room is just average.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Short walking distance to orchard road.

Cons:

Rooms design is too plain. Bathroom is a bit dark even with all lights on.

A top pick of a hotel
Pros:

Everything previously mentioned about the great staff here sums up what makes a great hotel work for the paying guests.
Up at the bar area adjacent to the 30 metre pool was Rex, Harlim and Stella. Great crew. The lap part of the pool has the glass bottom to pass the time viewing the traffic below as you push out your laps 19 levels up.
The famous in-house Cedric Grolet patisserie has the croissants for breakfast. As well as an excellent Nasi Goreng and Laksa. All ordered off menu.
Room and bed spot on. Very comfy. Housekeeping twice a day. If travelling about by MRT its Orchard or Somerset stations close by.
Chloe at front desk helped out as do all the great staff available.
Coffee made from robotic arm machine very good quality in the lobby room. All in all would stay again for location, staff, cleanliness and the great lap pool. The latter needed to maintain a semblance of fitness with all the great food on offer in Singapore.

COMO is the place to stay in Singapore
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Right across from Paragon. Great shopping & food choices. Shout out to Cassandra, their concierge. She is absolutely wonderful & made our trip! Rex at the pool is also a gem!
