I had a very comfortable stay at COMO. It was a very nice balance of being in the metropolitan area but also having a go
Pros:

I liked that the hotel maintained calm and modern ambiance despite being located in a central area. It was convenient to get around and the breakfast was very satisfying. The separate elevator to the room and the pool area provided sense of privacy and the communal area was modern and sleek with lots of greenery. I liked the minimalist design in the room and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Cons:

I initially had a mis-communication with the reservation where someone else’s cancellation was sent to me. That’s about the only thing I didn’t like, otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Comfortable but the room cleanliness left us a tad dissapointed.

The location, the comfortable room, the service by the staff.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was lacking. We found pubic hair in the room slippers that were in plastic packing in the closet! We also found a fair bit of hair on the bed spreads that were definitely not ours!
